useless

literally the worst experience i’ve had with an app. i NEVER write reviews but felt like i needed to for this. i’ve tried logging into my dayforce wallet probably upwards of 50 times now and every time without fail the app completely crashes the second i type in my password. i called customer service and was essentially told there’s nothing they can do for me and that i would have to wait up to 10 days to hear back from a “specialist”. it’s been over a month now and the silence on their end is deafening. i just attempted today once again to log in and no surprise: it crashed. i cannot express enough how much i do not recommend this app or their abysmal customer service.

Day force wallet

I love this new app and the digital card that Work has now joined. I get paid every two weeks and usually in the middle of that pay period I need cash. I need my paycheck or some of it before we get paid again. This app allows me to take out money. I have already earned a portion of it to cover a billor an emergency and not be a problem with us Card I’ve also been able to stop using pay cash loan places to get me through a hard spot before my paycheck comes. I love this new app and new option. We have I give it a five out of five.

Ugh.

When it works, it’s good. But it seems like more often than not there’s things going wrong. Not being able to access your funds on the card, or it declining with every physical purchase when there is well over the amount to cover the purchases but works to make online purchases? Just doesn’t make sense. And then you sit on hold with customer service for 25 minutes listening to the elevator music. Also had to dispute 3 transactions made on my card in the same day, get a new card to replace the stolen one, and they deny the dispute no matter how much evidence you have stating that it wasn’t YOU.

I just don’t recommend. It’s nothing but problems and customer service is not there to help.

Missing funds

On 7/12 I had a transaction deducted from my card for $340 said it was to my cash app but I never requested it and it was never transferred to my cash app. I was left with -148 with a $6 service fee so a total of -$152. Upon calling I was told it was a glitch and was a transaction from June 17, almost a month ago which the transaction had already been debited, and Dayforce was working to fix the error and it wasn’t correct and would be corrected and my account would not impacted and to not worry. It has not been corrected still and I’m short $340 and now my checking account is overdrawn. This is unacceptable and I will be calling for a third time this morning. I need my money back and should be reimbursed my $32 overdraft fee i incurred due to this “glitch”.

Crazy fees

I love Dayforce and I did have a five point rating but after realizing all the fees, they charge just to slide my card at Food city, the gas station or anything. I get charged a transaction fee to slide my card. Now I understand a fee to transfer the money to my account, my actual bank account, but even having my day card hooked up to my PayPal and using
It that way, without transferring funds and leaving my money on Dayforce card, connected to my PayPal. If I pay for something that way, I get a transaction fee. The higher, the transaction amount, the higher the fee. If it wasn’t for that, I would probably use Dayforce more than PayPal, cash app or Chime. But once I noticed how much money they were taken for me just to slide their card. I only use it transfer my money to my bank account. I would definitely give a five star rating but due to that it’s 3 1/2 or five stars I do appreciate and enjoy day and being able to get my daily funds if needed. It’s just unfortunate about the fees, especially if you are having to get money just to get.

Customer service

I had a issue with the app. I called three different times to report the issue. The representative that assisted me didn’t even listen to my issue and blew off my concerns. I feel like company like this don’t even care about customers service. The lack the empathy to help customers with the issue. After a while of taking to the last representative they seemed to get frustrated and became even less helpful. I strongly encourage all businesses to not use this or Dayforce in general.
I talked to my HR representative about the issues and they said I’m not the first person to have issues with this company. They are unreliable and very unhelpful.

Availability

In these hard times nice to pay bills on time

Update messed up my whole account

Up until a few days ago when I made my last pan demand request, I then updated my phone and all the apps that also had updates.
This included the Dayforce Wallet and since the update, I no longer have the pay on demand option and when I go into settings where my employer should be listed, it is not but my entire account is connected to my work account so I am missing half the information that should be there.
Disconnected logged out, deleted and reinstalled and re-logged into my Dayforce Wallet. It has not fixed the problem. I have went into my work account and as far as my work account says there are no issues on their end so this is clearly an app problem and I would appreciate an update soon to fix that

Missing money

Dayforce took it upon themselves to do a change over without my authorization. Funds I’ve added from available pay to my account are missing and my check is also missing. I have money that I have to try to find now. I only rated one star because if it wasn’t for available pay I wouldn’t use it. It is supposed to be easy to use and easy access to your money but they made it difficult doing so. I also never had a physical card for the last card I had before the change over. I called and called for hours and months trying to get one to never receive one when they say i did and didn’t. They have my right address so i am assuming that they lied in regards to receiving a physical card. I am still waiting on my next card because I can’t access any of the funds I recently made until I receive that. I can’t even use Apple Pay. I haven’t found my card and I talked to a couple of customer service reps that just argue and never solve the issue or get me to someone that can. Im still on the hunt for my funds trying to access them. They have been missing for about a month now.
