UNACCEPTABLE SCAM!
I have been trying to get in touch with someone with support team for hours now and even though your “customer support hours are Monday to Sunday 9am-5pm EST” every time I select the tab a message comes up saying unavailable with the available hours… that’s one problem. Another problem is your app forces me to select something from the “corner store” to get my advance and after all of that I get to withdraw my advance and it won’t even let me choose the option for “instant transfer” as a matter fact it actually tells me it’ll take one to two business days and my repayment date is tomorrow November 13. How on earth is an app going to make me repay an advance before I even receive it??? I actually used Gerald before a couple years ago and liked it but this app is a total scam now. I want to cancel my order through the corner store remove my bank from the app and delete my account today!

Customer service
Is everyone over at Gerald technologies’ customer service department is like Juliet then they probably have one of the best customer services and all of business. I emailed on a Sunday night, not realizing that they do not conduct business on the weekends. But I still received a very kind reply by Juliet telling me that they don’t conduct this on the weekends but first thing on Monday she will make sure that this is a priority. and sure thing on Monday she sent me an email back to help me clarify my issue. She was very kind prompt and paid attention to detail. Juliet is good people.

PURE GARBAGE
The business model of this app is to force you to buy a mobile plan through T-mobile and shop in an overly priced, poorly stocked online convenience store with delayed shipping times. ONLY then, are you allowed to use its other features. I have never seen an app strong-arm its customers like this. Even after you buy what it tells you to, you can’t access the advanced feature. A “bug” will prevent you from actually using it. Using a 5-star rating so that this warning reaches more people. Please stay away from this app, it is a complete bait and switch that does none of what it promises.
