Doesn’t recognise some booking codes, frequent error messages when trying to get boarding pass, can’t add the required documents (but works on website) now I am 5 minutes from boarding and it still says the boarding pass will be delivered shortly.

Someone who’s never seen how an app works made this
Your LATAM pass login won’t work. You raise a password reset, you won’t get the mail. Your boarding gate and even terminal shows wrong.

Does not work
I have been forced to update the App which no longer opens on my phone. 😡🤬 The response I get is that the navigator cannot establish a secure connection to the server. If that is the case, the App is not safe. Shame.Disgruntled_MM
