Won’t let me make an account
I have tried on app and online to make an online account with LATAM and it won’t let me. It keeps telling me to call the help desk but provides no number. I finally found the number and called the airline and have spent 3 hours on the line bc I keep getting disconnected.on hold 3 hours

Kind of buggy. I signed up and booked a flight 2 days ago and I have yet to receive emails confirming my account or ticket confirmation.Duchess516

Not refunds, hang up calls, people doesn’t help you still trying to do the cancelation for my trip and is not possible. So what’s gonna happen with my money ???mudahfkfk
Poor Service
Called several times, waited very, very, long and got no support when I finally got a live person. They have no knowledge of Delta and it’s partnership with LATAM, and much less of any medallion services. In addition, your website need help. It’s provides no support. Definitely not user friendly and provides no useful information. Thinking of canceling my flights.Show lessWaltlescano

As a whole, Latam is a terribly unorganised company. The app is awful and so it the customer service.
Customer services are not honest or helpful.
I was on hold for 3 hours and 25 mins trying to sort out the mess that Latam created with their lack of competence.
