Not much use without a CPF number
Unable to pay for hold luggage ( Despite booking premium) using App since I don’t have a Brazilian CPF number…not something a tourist will have.
Oh, and UK postcode field demands a “numbers only” entry….not much use with UK postcodes having numbers and letters.

Worst airline app I’ve ever used, it won’t open despite the multiple times I tried so I have no access to my flight info through my phone. Wish I knew why this app doesn’t work.yetus my fetus
Different fares inside and outside Peru
Just hope that nothing goes wrong Also you pay more by using the English site but the Spanish site doesn’t work for US cards even if you are in the country. Total rip-off Missed connections, overcharging. Might as well fly VIA and save your moneyYuletide

Absolutely terrible service from customer service and the App doesn’t allow to pay for the luggage , at airport we pay more . Completely shamble , I will never book latam again .GraMaCi

I received an email this afternoon that my flight LA 1402 at 10:37 am on Saturday, August 6 had been cancelled and that I have been booked on a flight the same day leaving at 5:37 pm. This is really unacceptable, and with no compensation or apologies. I am new to LATAM but I do not have any good will toward your airline because of how this was handled.

App doesn’t work
I’ve just updated app and as previous version it doesn’t work. It couldn’t find my reservation, once it did it says “We had a problem with your trip”

Worst site ever - full of bugs
This could possibly be the worst site ever for any type of self service. Back arrows don’t function, literally have to close the app to start again. No real information that is at all useful so you have to call the airline and wait 30 minutes plus (assuming they can even help). The airline itself is bad even with a business class ticket but the site and app are just useless.Show lessricny2021

Things you can NOT do in this app:
-Add baggage
-Manage Trip
-Add Administrator
-Check-in
-Change seats
Things it does do:
When you click a button it slides to another image where you can enter text and as soon as you enter the information it will do none of the above operations. So all it does is display images of things that would be useful for an airline app to do. And since you can’t even apply funny filters to those useless images it’s even bad as an image viewer…Show lessBaiL0ng
What a joke!
This App is possibly the worst I have ever downloaded. It has NEVER worked properly. Doesn’t update itineraries, nor can you access seat selection or access check in functions. Seems to constantly be out of service. Not sending reminders for boarding. Don’t bother downloading this. Sadly the web app is just as useless.Show lessOzJake$
