  • Appalling App

    This app is pretty much useless
    1. Paid upgrades do not show up
    2. It is not sync’d with Amadeus or GDS
    3. It stalls and won’t run 60% of the time
    4. Information and content is inaccurate and doesn’t match tickets / baggage purchased via credible agencies
    5. Seat selection and maps download is intermittent garbage
    6. Seat confirmations do not execute
    7. Is this some sort of Beta program?

    It’s incredible how a major airline produces such poor content - whoever manages front end development and works QA, needs to sort this out

  • Garbage app

    What a garbage! Can’t even add my trip on the app.

  • Very confusing

    I bought a ticket from Orlando to São Paulo with many connections.
    Few days ago received 4 text messages then emails canceling more than half of my two way trip.
    When I try login in the computer, just an error message show over and over.
    When using the app the canceled flights are still there as on time.
    I opened a case with latam few days ago asking better information but until now, no response.
    Now I don’t know if I have or not scheduled flights.

  • Unreliable

    Their IT system is garbage. App glitches all the time when trying to change seat, enter documents, etc…sometimes had to use website sometimes both would glitch.

  • Cambio de horario

    Me cambiaron el horario del vuelo inicial , que compre en enero-febrero para hoy 01 de sep …y llegando al aeropuerto me doy cuenta que mi vuelo inicial seguía vigente .
    Tuve q tomar el de las 5 de la tarde y ahora lo vuelven a cambiar
  • Worst frequent flyer app I ve ever seen

    I am Latam BlackSignature member since a while already. I have been always using the app and the website and I am still convinced that both things are the biggest weakness that Latam has . A few years ago when I started using the app, I found it very basic and full of errors, and I compared it with the AA app which was already much better than this one. At that time I thought that it was a matter of time and learning curve. However, as the years passed there is no improvement at the app, in the contrary, things are getting worse every day. Its completely inestable, and you cannot trust that it will work . Upgrade requests, data update, boarding pass download, account status, do work only once in a while. In most of the cases I need to contact the special services WhatsApp to solve y requests. It also misses very basic features like baggage tracking. I would recommend that you re do it from scratch . Is really terrible

  • Dysfunctional and slow

    I have never been able to sign up for the LATAM Miles program online (tried numerous times), and phone agents (the worst), say they are unable to assist. Agents are super slow, leave you ‘hanging’ for long periods, and basically have very limited powers. Website is super slow, and not informative (for a frequent flyer). Agents at JFK seem to have little ‘care’ and concern, or lack of basic flight knowledge. Not a good start to my first trip. They ought to be divested from SkyTeam, as there is no connection to it/Delta regulars. Lesson learned, sadly.

  • This app is worthless

    You can’t creat an account, the app is not optimized for mobile, you can’t track your flights…. I hope the flight are better than the app….
