    The airline is a great
    To fly with the staff are lovely and courteous on the plane there is a lot of room in the seat capacity this flight reminds me of emerites I don’t use them any more I fly with the team LATAM and the food is beautiful come across and join the journey it is beautiful hundred percent of the team LATAM.

  • Aplicativo eficiente

    Ahora si que está aplicación funciona muy bien para el usuario. Pude hacer todo desde la app, maletas, escoger asiento, chek-in, tarjeta de embarque y hasta el upgrade. Toda la info estaba en tiempo real y actualizado. Ojalá se mantenga así 👍

    I was just very upset that the app does not show the boarding time which is much different than other airlines. I booked my flight with Latam through Delta airlines and I was not aware that the gate closes 1.5 hours before flight time.
  • Seat Map is horrible

    The app works fine, however very slowly. The biggest issue is the seat selection, it does not differentiate between cabin sections, or between seats and consoles in business class which makes it hard to use and understand. Having to scroll across the seat map also makes it very hard to navigate.

  • The only thing that does not change with Latam is the issues

    Downloaded the new app and was immediately asked to update my data. Tried twice and the app says it is unable to send me an email.

    I’ve had issues with LATAM during the pandemic and it seems that some of the issues continue to happen.

  • Not easy to buy a ticket

    This app is in general good but once you need to buy a ticket ask you to repeat many steps because does not keep passengers and method of payment in memory.
    So it is a pain. Azul app is way better. They should look at it.

  • Seat selection not shown, wrong baggage allowance

    I selected my seats on my international premium business flights and both the app and the website do not reflect the confirmed selections in the opening screen. Instead both keep saying “random seat”, suggesting I haven’t made a selection. Had to call customer service to find out that oh, that’s the just app / online UI being crappy. App also indicates the wrong baggage allowance for my fare, and I got an email alert stating I needed to buy a check in bag AND a cabin bag (for my business class fare!). Again, had to call customer service helpline a few times to sort this out (they were nice but twice I got a trainee whose English wasn’t good). But back to this app: not great. I’ve now updated it twice within a month and still same seat selection issue.

  • Won’t let me book

    I’ve been trying to book for days on different devices and wifis and the website returns and error message every time. The prices keep rising every day but it won’t let me book.
  • Payment system

    I’m trying to pay for my seats so I don’t have to be randomly allocated but the payment page is down and I keep receiving a message to try again later !

  • Terrible Service

    Worst airline I ever used. My family and I have flown to Peru multiple times and flying with LATAM was the worst experience. The staff is very unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate. Terrible interactions at the airport and when we called. No one was able to answer our questions or help us get a flight.
