Love this app

I tried a few different IF apps before finding this one and it is by far the best. I don’t even mind the ads. It makes tracking your fasting and eating periods so easy and I’m already seeing results within the first week. I like how it tells you what stage you are in within your fast and has suggestions about what to incorporate into your diet. Tracking your measurements along with your weight is also a great feature. Glad I came across this app and I have no doubt it will help me be successful to lose the weight I want to.

Great free fasting app

I use the custom option as I work shifts and my window changes daily. But I'm averaging between 18-21 hrs and clean fasting. The app helps with tips and to know how long I have fasted. Easy to use and does the job 👍🏼

FIVE FRICKIN’ STARS MAN- Makes fasting do-able!!

FIVE STARS from me! I usually don’t leave reviews lol, but I LOVE THIS APP! It has made Intermittent Fasting so easy. I also love the fact that, it tells me what phases I am in, and what is happening to my body at that moment. Also customizable and allows you to track weight. This is important to me because I often forget to set my timer. Some apps do not let you count in hours that have gone past when setting timer. So it’s like, I lose time toward my fast and this causes inaccuracy.

Worked perfectly, until it didn’t.

I used to love this app. My problem, which is why I uninstalled it and won’t use it again until it’s fixed, is that when I open the app and a longer ad runs, when the ‘x’ comes up to exit the ad it literally never exits the ad. No matter how many times I close and reopen, it will be on a long ad and then I cannot close the ad out. I have uninstalled the app and even deleted all my data and then it worked for about a week and then this problem happened again. I really loved this app when it worked because it was really helpful in tracking my progress. Very unfortunate.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Generally, there is a "❌" or skip button in the upper right or left corner of the ad screen, and you can close the ad after it appears and lasts for a few seconds. If you encounter an ad that can not be closed, could you please send us the link of the relevant ad (click the ad, then open it in the browser and copy the link) via "Me > Settings > Feedback" when you use our APP in the future? We will contact the advertisers to locate and block such ads. As the developer, we stand firmly with our users and hope to bring you a better experience. In addition, we're also trying to find ways to display ads without disturbing you. If you want, we also offer a ad removal feature, and you can purchase it via "Me > Settings > Remove Ads". This is a one-time payment, once purchased, it is valid for life.

The app works well enough, though it’s essentially just an 18 hour timer in the free version but the ads on the the free version makes it unbearable to use. I’d often just close the app without even recording a start or stop because of the full screen, video with sound ads that would pop up. The ads almost always had the fake “X” to close the ad that actually just took you to the ad’s website.

So, long story short, the free version was barely tolerable due to aggressive, intrusive ada and I felt so abused by the ads that I refused to be bullied into buying the paid version so I just deleted the app.

Amazing app just needs one more thing

App is amazing but just needs one one thing. A lock screen widget. That would make this perfect.

Fasting

At first I didn’t think I would be able to handle fasting on any level but I tried it the first day and made it through. It then made me realize that ok I made it through. Then the second day I was successful and I’ve been going at it since. I feel energetic and less hungry. It’s definitely a form of discipline that I didn’t think I could control. But here I am on Day 5 with less of an appetite and loving it. Me personally haven’t noticed if I lost a few inches but I’m not even going to concentrate on that. I’m just going to keep on fasting and give it my all. Change will happen as it will.

Almost there…

As a paid subscriber, I like the simplicity of this app, it has just what I need, but please make this app sync with Apple Health 🙏🏼 . Also, when making a custom plan for the week, it would be nice to have a 12 hour option vs. 24 hour only. It takes me too much time to figure out the time in 24 hour format 😜 Or even a clock that you can scroll through to get to your desired time would be even better.

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. Currently, the app can sync height, weight and steps with Apple Health. You can set it via: Me -> Settings -> Turn on "Apple Health". In addition, please make sure to turn on the permission for this app to read Apple Health‘s data in the phone settings. In addition, if you want to use 12-hour time, you can set it via Me -> Settings -> Turn off "24-hour time". When setting your weekly schedule, you can also select the time manually by clicking the pencil button next to the timel bar in the Details. App is great!

It helps me track everything needed. Only thing that I’m not happy with is I’m unable to find out how to take a break and record it on the app without losing data or inputting wrong info. It was part of the reason I chose this app. I have family celebrations and date nights coming up and want to be prepared.
