Keeps disconnecting
Have had a Casio G-shock hooked up with this app for almost 4 yrs now. Used to have zero issues with multiple watches linked. But over the last year or so, my watch disconnects EVERYDAY! Sometimes multiple times a day. I'm not sure what update that they pushed out for the app, but whatever it is, I constantly have to reconnect my watch. Multiple times I've needed to use the 'find my phone's function only to find out my watch disconnected once again. I know it's not the watch or phone bc I didn't always have these issues. Please fix, this is super annoying!

Can’t login
1st Install: got logged in but it stalled at adding my watch in. Closed the app restarted my device and tried again but wouldn’t get beyond there.
2nd Install: can’t even login now.
Pretty disappointing as this is part of Casio.

Garbage app
App will not move past User profile info on iPhone. Watch is connected to phone . App will not move past general user profile information. Amazafit T. rex watch and the Zepp app are so much more user friendly. Looks like I got a watch I can’t use unless I get a new phone . Casio you have lost a life long customer. I do not suggest buying a Casio smart watch unless you download the app and make sure it works with your phone first.

Update notifications
Casio have to do a update that’s makes it easier to read messages, instead of having to go through screens it should be a push of a button to open up the whole message
Tides are inaccurate
Forgot to add there needs to be a way to scroll through the tides hours on a given day like I can on the Gulfman, on that watch it’s great as you can click through hour by hour to see what the tide will be later that day so you can plan your activities, on this app and the GBX-100 it only shows the current tide (which is massively inaccurate) and no way of knowing what the tide will be later, it’s crazy because this MIP display has got so much information but it’s actually much less information than my Gulfman because it’s either inaccurate, unadjustable or cannot show future tides so it’s all pointless, please please Casio sort this out.

Basic but ok and new bug introduced
So until a few days ago when the latest update was released this app was ok. It did what I wanted it to do, which wasn’t very much anyway. However, now the activity logs in the weekly activity section are mismatched with the current date. So, if todays date is 7th April and highlighted in red (no real activity yet) it actually shows the activity from the previous day. If I then do an activity on the 7th it gets recorded as being the 8th even though we’re still on the 7th - so it’s 1 day ahead?! This has only just started happening. Please fix!

Freaking slow
Have to open/close 5-6 times to pair with my watch and after that it stuck at user profile.
Fails to sync with Strava
I have been using the watch and app whilst running for a few years. Most of the time it works fine. But about 1 in every 12 runs it fails to sync with Strava usually when just completing a PB….. very disappointing.
