Pointless app
There is zero point to having this app anymore since I can’t look at results, find when I have an upcoming appointment, check in, or request refills.Lipsven

Can’t view test results from app
I don’t understand why all of the sudden I can’t view my test results from the app. Only on a web browser. It defeats the purpose of having the app.KristyHandley
Billing
I am having difficulty navigating through the app to find the billing information. Also, if financial assistance is needed, what would the criteria be and how would one setup an appointment to speak with a financial advisor for a payment plan or assistance with not, only the paying for services provided but also an individual to help with insurance coverage.

It redirects everything to a webpage. There is no ability to schedule or perform any action with the app.$(077
