What’s the point of this app if everything just takes you to a webpage?

What a mess
Hard to navigate, can’t make appointments, can’t do things like see an EOB without leaving the app and entering a browser. Almost useless for what I need to do.LogicalPanda
Takes you outside App
I don’t understand why you take me out of the app to your website that is so small it is almost unreadable. Your customer service never responds. Not sure why you think this is an improvement.Allergy2

Mobile app
Can’t open mobile app because they have a 2 part authentication and they send code to home computer. Doesn’t pay to have mobile app if you can’t open 😡<^~<%+}^^<
