It is great not to have to swap sign ins however, for some reason the app keeps ‘missing’ bank verification. I can see the screen start to load and then … everything is confirmed. 2 days later I get a notification telling me my payment is not verified. No problem on desktop/laptop only on the mobile app.

Awful. Useless for a small business. Not clear on Prime and linking to personal accounts. I can’t even work out how to close the account done so I can delete it off my machine.

Amazingly poor customer service
The registration process didn't allow me to go back to edit my address after clicking too quickly and now it's been two weeks and calling 4 times to edit the address and they still haven't changed it. I can't buy anything because my business has the wrong address and I can't delete the account because it won't be able to reopen the account again. Call me option and chat don't work.

Feature request
When we go into orders in a business account, the chances are that there will be a shared payment method. The filter always falls back to orders paid by you, which are not very common in a business setting. So when we go into the orders page, please have it default to orders by the business, not by you. This is very annoying. Please have it remember the setting that we choose.

In their infinite wisdom of greed, Amazon are now placing adverts on other platforms that FORCE YOU TO GO ONTO THEIR SITE!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPANY? I go on there already. Your business app offers NO ADVANTAGE TO ME. PRIME WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO WATCH AMAZON PRIME FILMS !!! GARBAGE!
New update stops app from opening on my 8+
Really annoying that the new update has bricked the app on my phone making it useless for me. Which is annoying bc I need it for my business
