I like it but I no longer need it. How do I get out?
Used on vacation. Was very handy. Now no stations anywhere near me since I’m home. Why can’t I can’t I remove my card? Companies love to save your card unnecessarily for life, then have a security breach. Let. Go. Of. The. Credit. Card. No real help for this on the app.E123Millee

Untrustworthy
The advertisements for this app say that registering gets you your first hour free. Not true. The terms on their website say no deposit is required.. Not true either. I’m not going to give my card information to an application that has such disconcerting information.
Edit, per creator’s response:
The app specifically said that a $10 deposit is required to protect in case the device isn’t returned. That’s not a problem, but the back and forth is.Show lessnnylecidnac

By registering for the service for the first time you will get 1 hour rent time for free. We ask for a credit card in case you'll decide to keep a power bank for a longer period of time. We do not charge a deposit from your card. For your convenience we have an option to pay for the service using apple pay. We hope you'll give the service another chance.Just when i needed it!!❤️
