This app has improved dramatically over the past year. This, combined with the new automation feature, allows me to control my valves, pool light, and VS pump without having to purchase automation controller. All handled by the heat pump and integrated into the App.lkjksdflkjw2

Figured Out Problem
Ok. Last fall we could not figure out why after two years the app kept dropping the device and we couldn’t connect remotely. Evidently an app update allows you to set remote access on or off. The update must have reset remote access to Off which meant we couldn’t connect while we were in Michigan and the pool in Florida. Once we figured out what was happening we were able to turn remote access back on but only when we physically connected to the same WiFi as the poolsync hardware. Once you’re connected there are three dots in the upper right corner of the app where you can turn the setting on.Show lessMichiganWemoUser
Garbage app won’t stay connected
I live 1200 miles away and rent my home out. This app cost me $300 and just simply will not stay connected to my WiFi which is going to be a major problem trying to turn on the heat from 5 states away for a paying customer. It is NOT the internet becasue all of my other smart app controlled devices are connected and operating just fine.Show lessPaPPy924
Password entry screen does not function
New to app however i can’t establish an account due to broken password authentication screen.1hjhvnj

As of April 2023, there are no known issues with signing up. Please ensure you are correctly typing your email address, matching the password in both fields, abiding by the password rules that are, "Password must be at least 8 characters, contain a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a number." You must then correctly enter the code that is given to you in your email. Be sure to check your spam folder in case your domain provider incorrectly flagged the email. You may want to keep a record of your password somewhere, including the case sensitivity so you can login after verification. There is also an option to go through a "forgot password" scenario. If you are still having issues, you may call customer support to walk you through it or try looking on the internet for guides to sign up for accounts online.Just upgraded - constantly disconnects
I’ve been using my controller & app for a couple of years, still hoping for solar info on the app - sigh.
The latest update (3.07) keeps disconnecting the app from the controller, even though I’m 30’ from the controller, same excellent wifi as always.

Scheduled Pool Heating Removed!
Had this app for a year and it worked fine. Now all of a sudden with the update, the option to schedule heating operation was removed. That’s not very nice.CheezeIsDandy
Very Convenient
Disregard previous negative reviews on this product as it has been updated many times since these poor reviews and they no longer apply. Aqua Cal’s support and response is great. Don’t hesitate to invest in the Poolsync radio. I bought the Poolsync app to run my Aqua Cal heat pump and liked it so much I bout the ChlorSync to go with it. Great products.
This app allows me to connect to my heat pump and see the current pool temp. It allows me full control over temperature settings and scheduling. We can be out with friends and set the pool temp higher while out and about and come home to a pool party. It also controls my Chlorsync chlorine generator and tells me salt level and percentage of cell life remaining.Show lessOhsm
Need new update
I just got my pool finished, and Around october 2022 the app told me my app couldn’t update so i called and got a free new pool sync antenna and it works now but now I can’t have a schedule set up in my app nor can i open my app away from home like i did 4 months ago that from anywhere i could control my heater 🤬Show lessoalexanderg1981

On the main screen, top right corner where the 3 dots are. That's your settings screen for your device. In the fourth row, toggle on 'Remote Access Enabled' to access it when you're not home.Hot Trash!
