  • Bring back the scheduling function

    I liked this app a lot better before you removed the scheduling function. Thought it was related to my ChlorSync salt cell and power unit dying after six months of use (that was the 2nd power unit that quit working). I’m already not happy with the company. Who knows when the parts will be in so they can fix it. Buyers beware…

    Hey, sorry about the schedule and chlorinator inconvenience. You can call customer support at 727-823-5642 for them to come by and update your heat pump to the latest firmware, which does support schedules. At the time of writing this, due to part shortages (yes, still, sadly), we are having trouble gathering materials. We are also talking with our partners and other distributors to ensure we have quality materials.
  • And scheduling is?

    The entire purpose of purchasing this device was for scheduling reasons. There is no point of having this app if you cannot make a schedule anymore.
  • Bring back scheduler

    I agree with everyone else — implement a scheduler!! the best feature was removed with a version update. Versions should have more features not fewer.

    Also major bug — if location services isn’t allowed a ton of pop up screens come up saying it and Bluetooth is required. No reason my pool heater needs to know where it lives.

    Sorry for the schedule inconvenience. This is due to us rewriting all our code and adding an important safety feature for spa heating. You can call customer support at 727-823-5642 for them to come by and update your heat pump to the latest firmware, which does support schedules. For permissions services, iOS and Android require a user to grant these permissions to allow local discovery and communication with any device, especially during setup. Without it, iOS and Android will not allow you to setup or ensure communications with your device.
  • New version wrecked!

    New version requires me to authorize by pressing a button on the device. I AM NOT HOME!!! Terrible decision to force this on users without permission!!! They have just taken over my pool and are now liable for damages and costs!

    DO NOT BUY anything that uses this!
  • They took away the reason for getting it.

    I don’t use my pool during the week and I didn’t want to needlessly heat the pool all week or have to remember to go out to the unit to turn on or off heating. The latest update removes the scheduler. It hadn’t been working for me lately anyway. It was heating the pool 24/7 regardless of any schedule I set. I was hoping the update fixed it. NOPE

Sample the new ones with the demo under settings -> Enable Demo.
  • Where’s the schedule?

    Did you remove the scheduling feature? Why? It was working great and now… WTH? Makes no sense to me. I think I wasted my money. At least be honest and say you removed the schedule feature so no one else will waste money on this product. Just senseless.
  • No more scheduler

    In the latest update it looks like they have done away with the scheduler. For me this was probably the biggest selling point for the overpriced controller.
  • Usage meter

    If the app could track how much the heater runs on a daily basis would be very helpful update
  • Very user friendly

    Very user friendly, love having all of my ChlorSync info right at my fingertips.
  • Letters are too small

    You have a huge area of white screen. Can you make the print larger. Much larger. A lot larger.
