  • Calendar is hard to view

    App is good but when I view the appointments in the calendar, I have to scroll horizontally and vertically to view for different times and providers.

    It will be much better, if you create a view option that can fit all in the Mobil screen (responsive screen size fit) without scrolling back and forth

    Also an option to hide provider name on the calendar if that provider doesn't work on that day. By doing this, it will leave more space for others
  • Glitch

    This is a wonderful app BUT there is a glitch setting request for future day appointments, allows only for same day appointments,I asked for help but all. I had is to waste one hour from my valuable after work time at my home. For all this hassle we are going to cancel the Subscription.
  • Confusing design, terrible support

    This app exemplifies the “make something simple very complex” ethos of bad UI. Terrible design. And worse customer service. The techs cannot really explain or help with the problems you will absolutely have. Mostly they just copy and paste from the poorly done FAQ. Also they are not available 24 hrs as they claim. Often there is no live support. Avoid this product.

    I have used there system for 3-4 months and have had 1 person fill out their info Wasted my money for sure!

    This is a good app. I have tried many booking sites before this by far is one of the best. Many features need a few changes here and there and it will be the number 1 booking app. Need to be able to do more on the actual app vs the computer. Should be able to ala carte more features instead of tickets. Overall good for any business
  • Intuitive & User Friendly

    I checked out several booking apps and this was by far the most user-friendly/easiest to navigate. No instructions needed (I didn’t have to google for help even once)!? I had everything up & running and integrated into (linked directly to) my existing website within a few hours. I love that I can check & manage my appointments just as easily from my phone!
  • Needs More details. Needs More features

    Unfortunately I can’t do about 80% of what I need to do through the app. The dash board doesn’t match the dashboard how it looks online on the web. It only does it look completely different, they’re isn’t access’s to my added custome features. I have to pay additional for the custom features I added and it’s EXTREMELY unfortunate that I don’t have access to them on the app. I can only access at home on my computer.
    Please make this app more easy and accessible.

    I’ve used many apps that are just being developed and this one, by far, is a great start. Of course there are more features to add, but good job. I was so excited to see this because I do most of my work from mobile devices and the website is not mobile friendly. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

  • Great app to manage my SimplyBook.me online booking system on the go

    I’ve been using Simplybook.me desktop version for many years to manage my bookings and allowing my customers to sign up for services 24/7. This new addition to the system is making a great product better. It’s not as extensive and with all the features as the desktop version but perfect for on the go. Now I’m able to get a simple overview of all bookings and quickly managing them.
