Beyond amazing

Edit: still waiting on the calendar and yearly view feature. I thought I already wrote a 5Star review the 1st week I had this. I immediately bought lifetime. I was coming back to write an updated review after a few weeks! I can’t believe how amazing this app is and how functional it is!!! I Can use hex codes for my own color palette. I have repeating events for those daily events that don’t change much. And ability to change as I go. I can really plan, see it right on my phone! I went crazy buying happy planners, then I tried soooo many digital planners and digital stickers for my iPad although they were beautiful it was too stressful and time consuming, it’s so much more convenient having it on something that goes everywhere I go, my phone! I’m more consistent, especially when something pops up throughout the day I don’t have to go get my iPad, it gives me alerts, even on my watch and widget! I use the inbox as a brain dump and check list by categorizing things like wants/needs/todo/ personal & financial goals and then things that aren’t too day specific but need to be done like going to AT&T/Amazon returns/oil change i just got this app and it’s changing my every day life! I love it and worth every penny!

Awful

It’s too cluttered and to navigate is annoying I hate the modernization of apps like just make it simple like 90s websites no glam or glow just what you need. Add emojis!? How do I change the name of the task lol, and then the ad on the planner itself?? Thank you for everything!!! Amazing app

Response from developer

Thank you for your review. Compared to other similar apps, Structured follows a simple timeline design without many distractions. Moreover, you can always adjust your timeline appearance to a simplified or minimal version with less information displayed. If you need further assistance, feel free to get in touch with our support team. We appreciate your understanding.

Calling all procrastinators!!!

This app is so amazing for productivity. You get a daily timeline for activities, and create tasks that already have focus timers! I would often forget to check my notebook planner, and Calendar and Reminders and timers just didn’t do it for me. I don’t know what it is about this app, but I’m completing more tasks on time now. One feature I want (it may be Pro already, I didn’t check bc I can’t afford Pro rn 😩😭) is to be able to push back all or a selected amount of tasks. If I planned to start something at 3:00, but didn’t get home until 3:15 for some reason, then I have to edit all my tasks, or just leave the timers running and that stresses me out. One thing that I find particularly helpful about this app is that it’s given me better time estimation skills. I found that habitually late people have poor time estimation, that things take longer than they imagine it to. I schedule 30 mins to complete my math hw (this app also motivates me to try to finish b4 the timer runs out), but it ends up taking me an hour, now I know why I’m struggling in that class. Even if u end up not following your schedule, your phone will send u notifications, so I get a better idea of where my time went. Thoroughly recommend!!!!

Perfect planning

As an avid user of a Bullet Journal, this type of day by day planning is perfect for me. The problem I always had with physical journaling was that I may not always have the book with me and altering tasks and events time and can become messy.

Structured is essentially the same format but with a daily timeline in place. I put a load of tasks in the inbox and transfer them to my day when I feel like completing them. It’s an excellent way of decluttering your mind and focussing on what you need to do now. The interface is extremely user friendly and I honestly couldn’t ask it to be better at what it does.

If I could ask for anything it would be to implement longer term planning. For myself I start with what I want for the year, then create tasks for the month based on what needs to be achieved. Those monthly tasks are essentially my inbox in Structured but it would be amazing to have an overview of how some smaller activities add up to complete larger objectives. Any thoughts from the developers here would be appreciated. Keep up the great work guys!!

the best free planner out there, will probably buy the full version too

I had a little test run (hence my disappearance from structured momentarily which was hilarious coz I'd get notifications asking if something was wrong and why I'd stopped using the app, it wasn't you it was me, I was trying out a bunch of free planners)

I use my traditional paper journal first thing every morning to set out what I need to get done, and I just needed something to organise the timings of my day and how long each task would take me and this is perfect for that. It also forced me to be critical of how many hours I have available to me in a day and not to try overload myself with tasks and really think about how long each task I've set out for myself will take.

love the options available even just on the el basico free plan coz I've gotten so much utility out of it without feeling hounded into getting the full/paid extras. thank you Structured, y'all really do be doing the most for free <3

Top tier app

I love it!
It has honestly brought my productivity up by just creating a simple day-to-day routine.
I enjoy the time blocking feature a lot, it helps to really visualise my time. I love the simplicity of it too.

The best part most important features are free! I don’t mind having no reoccurring tasks and reminders as I follow it quite closely.(Except for waking up and winding down)

I honestly prefer the free plan because if you are like me, I struggle with keeping to a consistent schedule as life is always changing.

But that’s where my complaint is. Sometimes I need to alter things in my schedule and things overlap. It tells me it is overlapping which is so irritating to adjust again once something is delayed so please make a button to readjust everything in the schedule (like select them) easily. Just please make it automatic. I hate having to readjust by like several minutes and everything afterwords too!

Additionally, maybe if I do want to merge tasks it could look like this:
An outline of the major task for e.g. cleaning
Within the cleaning outline/bubble contains several bubbles maybe without names just the icons of what is meant to be done. If you click on the cleaning task it will come up with the ‘sub tasks’ containing their individual durations (e.g. 10 minutes clean the floor)

Anywyas that’s it.

Great principles are simple

In college, things become too complex, making it difficult for me to remember the timing of each event and some important details. As a result, I had to download and try many to-do list apps from the App Store one by one. However, after careful consideration, only Structured has satisfied me. Structured not only provides a clear vertical timeline for displaying tasks but also tracks and measures my daily energy, making my capability limits clear. This helps me avoid setting daily goals that are too high, which could damage my limited self-confidence and self-discipline. Additionally, one of my favorite features is its ability to integrate with calendars and reminders. Whenever changes occur in the other two apps, Structured quickly synchronizes, which is very convenient for managing multiple long-term plans. Last but not least, Structured offers a one-year scholarship and even full scholarships for students with financial constraints, which is truly amazing! I am very grateful to Structured for providing such a great opportunity to become more efficient and confident.

Amazing for neurodivergence!

Love this app, worth paying extra for the premium as you get to customise with all different symbols and colours. You can make your own colours which is amazing for those who love pastels like me. Still waiting hopefully for updates as I wish there was a search bar as it is annoying not knowing where something is unless I look. Love how you can choose a colour for the format. I also hope they add routines to the app as would love to have that. Love the way you can easily change different tasks to different days and times including repeats (on premium). Had a few issues where the app doesn’t register when I have changed something which can be annoying but these things happen. Love how when adding a new task you can add a previous task you’ve done before which would usually take time but they don’t always show up for a certain previous one which is strange. This has helped me so much in completing my tasks and also seeing how long each takes, you can choose from different formats which suit you best, I have chosen the most simplest as I don’t like too much information regarding my different tasks

So much potential

I love this app and for the first time I can just think about what I need to do tomorrow and an app plans and writes down everything for me in a perfect way. Addition of ways to actually start and end tasks and other tasks automatically shifting can be really good. To be honest there are just so many potential features that can come in the future, I am excited to see how it goes. Note: would love the have a key shortcut option for the mac app to quickly add tasks!

Note2: the ability to talk to the ai assistant and say this task will last half an hour extra, move my upcoming tasks accordingly would be appreciated. Also ability to choose multiple tasks to delete instead of individually would be great. Also me and my partner would love to have shared tasks that we both can see in out daily schedule.
