    I am enjoying and learning from this App.
    Billo staff is great and responds quickly.
    I’m continuing to learn how to edit videos and getting better with each task. The vendors have been helpful with their feedback.
    Billo is a great fun way to earn a little extra cash.

    I’ve been working with Billo for over a year now and I am so grateful to have them. Everyone that works for the company is very understanding of your time.

    Working with Billo has given me the independence to work around my ever changing schedule.
    I highly recommend it to anyone that needs flexibility in their work.

  • Always solved issues

    Whenever I had any issues the team always solved them. I just wish there was an option to not be interested in certain campaigns so that those campaigns can be pushed to people that qualify or are interested. Especially when there are ones sitting in there for months.

    I also don’t think that creators are giving enough time to create especially when/if they have other responsibilities. I don’t think it’s fair that we have to wait an unknown amount of time to receive the product, only to be inconvenienced to rush and produce content, to then have to wait an unknown amount of time for the brand to approve or request edits and finally get paid. All while being threatened by the app’s automatic response to quickly produce content. For example, I was accepted to participate in a campaign almost 3 months ago, the product still hasn’t arrived. The team told me that they haven’t heard anything from them. I get a notification everyday saying it’s overdue. Would this affect my overall rating?

    Speaking of ratings we should be able to rate the requesters as well. I’ve worked with some companies that were great and others not so much. There should be a cap on how many edits they can get. They are not paying a high quality team, at the rates they are paying, at the rates they are paying one edit should be enough. They should have to pay for more edits.

I wanted to let you know we've taken the good and the bad elements you've mentioned in your review to heart💜 All the things you have listed: video delivery time, edit requests, rating the brands you have worked with, and also an availability to see the tasks that are relevant for you. These are the top things on our list of improvements. Regarding the product that has never come, we have a certain process for that. If our team does not get a response from the client task is paused and you no longer get notifications, it also won't affect the average rating. If this have not happened yet, please message our team again and we will take care of that.
  • So many improvements, this app has really grown

    I became a creator on Billo in April 2021 and since then have been regularly working with the app.
    Since that time the app has grown tremendously from a starter company with so many bumps and glitches to a company that is so much more organized and helpful to its creators.
    It really is a great way to make money on the side if you know how to hit record on a camera ;)

  • Wonderful

    I have been with BILLO a bit over a year and I have to say- the app has advanced so much and the staff could not be any more amazing even if they tried! Communication, availability, and words of support what you find here. BILLO for the win!👏👏👏👏
  • Waste of your time

    I just recently used this app, and you could make more working at McDonald's for an hour than you could making videos on here. They except top tier videos, where you'll Drive to different locations and get different shots. I have an iPhone 13 and they said the camera quality wasn’t good enough. So they expect you to have pro equipment and they pay you $30 for any and all assignments. Which could take hours to do. DO Not get this this app. You will waste your time and the staff Are Not on your side. I'm usually super chill and won't say anything,but I don't want anyone else getting caught up in their scheme. It's a con at best.

  • BILLO SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!

    I do not normally review apps but I felt the need to warn others who try to make some extra money. DO NOT USE BILLO! Firstly, good products are far and few between. I try to apply to almost everything and maybe get accepted to 2% of them. Of the products I do get accepted for, billo’s business model is extremely flawed. You will end up having to redo videos over and over again for clients who magically make up new requests after you already shot the video, like “can the creator shoot the video outside now?” Or “I don’t like the shirt they are wearing, please have them change and redo it”.
    Lastly, like the title states, Billo suspended my account. You have 3 days to post the review. If you do not post in that timeframe, they will deduct the value of the product from your earnings and you will be stuck with the product. They did this to me and suspended my account without warning. I am now stuck with 100’s of dollars worth of product and did not get paid for my other videos

  • Absolutely Horrible Service.

    I’ve created $10k worth of content for this app over the past 8 months. 2 specific times during this, my account has been “frozen” without warning because of not uploading “on time.” Yet, the videos for products I was supposed to be uploading had not even arrived yet. And other times, I have received products that is shows have not even been shipped yet.

    There is absolutely no consistency and the company itself has very odd specifications and will just in the drop of a hat freeze an account of a top creator.

    The “customer service” for creators is also very bad. It will take many days to receive and answer to a question that is time sensitive. You’re supposed to upload within 3 days of receiving the product, yet it will take them 5 days to respond. What sense does that make?

  • Horrible App

    Don’t even bother wasting your time. I downloaded the app and followed everything and got approved but the app out of nowhere stopped working. It won’t even let me login. What a waste of time to go through all that. You guys have too much you need to work on to improve the app. Incredibly annoying….. 🙄 Also nobody will help you. They say they will response within a day but doesn’t…

    Update:
    it started working but it’s been weeks i applied to at least 100 items and got approved for NONE!
    truly a waste of time. i would give it 5 negative stars if there’s that option here.

  • This is amazing

    I was so nervous and skeptical at first but it turns out with this app is a awesome experience I know it’s so weird but this app makes me feel like I’m a celebrity kind of the fact that I get to record amazing commercials and edit them and get paid for them and get to keep the product I hope that I get to continue to work with Billo
