  • App is almost useless for me

    Invoicing barely works, half the time app just glitches and wont create the invoice I am working on. App is very limited, they expect customization to be done on a desktop, which is crazy in 2024. I barely use an actual computer anymore.

  • Stay away

    It works when it wants to the app is horrible forces you to end up using there virtual terminal then your stuck paying higher fees. Takes way to long to get payments to account and the customer service is a joke only open for 8 hours a day so if you have problems out side their business hours your out of luck and can’t take payments and no help.

  • Just scam

    Worst service. After one transaction for more than 600$ they closed my account, the money was not returned, when you call them they say the specialist for closing the account communicates only by e-mail ... scam of the year

  • App is all bit useless

    New to this platform but so far the desktop application is ok to good, but the app is very dysfunctional. Once I navigate into some details of a transaction, there is no way to back out of where I’m at to get to back to main/home page. Very frustrating. Have to wait a frw hours and reopen and relogin to start over again. Fail.

  • App is unusable on a mobile device

    I often use my phone or iPad to do invoices. Last year it was manageable. Now every time I need to do anything I need a desktop computer otherwise I’m dead in the water. This is worst app I’ve ever used for anything. I can’t even leave invoices with my customers before I leave their houses anymore. I have to wait tell I get back to my computer to do it. Also whenever I upload photos to invoices from the camera app the Helcim app crashes.

    Other than that the service has been “okay” for my needs.
  • UNRESPONSIVE - SKIP THESE GUYS

    This company is a joke. It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been waiting to get approved. Sent two emails, never heard from them. They’re sleeping. Hard to take anyone seriously when they can’t even respond in a timely manner.

    Smh.
  • View Prior Invoices

    Without the ability to view a customer’s previous invoices, specifically price and quantity, the app is pretty useless. Why show prior transactions, the CC on file, and the entire customer info file, but not have the order history available? Doesn’t make any sense. I will update my review to 5 stars if this is fixed.

  • THE GRAVEYARD

    “My experience with Helcim has been extremely disappointing. Despite their claims to help grow businesses, my interaction with them has only served to cripple my operations. Their customer service is abysmal, as evidenced by a three-hour wait time for a response to a pressing issue. Even after requesting a return phone call, I received no such courtesy.

    To make matters worse, Helcim failed to process a significant $24,000 transaction and did not inform me directly. Instead, I received an email notification, which is wholly inadequate for someone processing substantial transactions. As a high-volume merchant, I expect more proactive and efficient communication, especially considering I had explicitly informed them of the nature and volume of my business from the outset.

    Their mishandling of the transaction has now necessitated an additional five-day delay in reversing the payment to the customer's account, causing significant inconvenience and potential damage to my business relationships. It's fortunate that the customer in question is known to me; otherwise, the repercussions could have been far more severe

    In conclusion, my experience with Helcim has been nothing short of detrimental to my business. Their incompetence and lack of consideration for high-value transactions are inexcusable. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Helcim's services, as their ineptitude could have serious repercussions for your business
  • Good so far

    I’ve got a second generation card reader and it’s been smooth so far, my phone is on Wi-Fi when I use it but I’ve had no issues with the bluetooth connection

  • Constant Issues

    Software never stays connected to the card reader. App is difficult to traverse. Reports and summaries are unclear and difficult to access.
