  • Hanging in there

    I’m personally not having issues with crashing, it might be a hardware performance issue with others, but it does have some bugs to be worked out and an overall UI remodel. Maybe have some staff or a user panel study try out the beta and seek feedback? I’m hanging in there with Helcim though because I believe in their mission (similar to my business). Once their developers catch up they will be fine.

  • Low Fees, Excellent Customer Service

    As a small business, we’re paying half what we used to in processing fees. We had a couple of hiccups getting set up, but one phone call fixed it and this company are constantly improving. Beautiful interface and reliable device. Recommend.

  • Terrible

    Helcim is just like Square and is not a real merchant account but Helcim is worse in just about every way. The app is slow, buggy, with plenty of crashes. The customer service is non responsive and does not listen to your needs. Finally, the fees are higher on average, despite claims to the contrary, so why would you even bother wirh Helcim?

As for fees, our rates are affordable if not one of the lowest. We even also offer free credit card processing options so merchants can save more on processing fees.   • Not Recommended

    Unhappy with this app and system so far while using it with bluetooth. Customer Service knows very little about their own app and overall their answers were not helpful. Keep your old payment processor until you are sure this is the right solution for you. I might be looking for another option.

  • App crashes constantly and many issues

    I am not sure what to do! This app barely functions and causes me a variety of issues. Closes out whenever I sign in. System malfunction errors. Several times I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app. If it sits for too long I have to close out and sign in again and connect to the Bluetooth all over again cause it says there’s no internet connection when there is. Overall not worth it with all the app issues. The Bluetooth disconnects constantly and it makes customers aggravated.

  • App Does NOT work

    Clearly the reviewers are all experiencing the same issues and should t be addressed individually. The app crashes out immediately after signing in. Guess I regret leaving Square.
  • App Issues

    I can’t get past the save device name. I type in a name and press save and it doesn’t go any farther. I’ve restarted the phone and reinstalled the app and same thing again
