When answering questions I have to wait at least 5-10 minutes before it moves on to the next question. Which in turn slows down my picture taking. This started a few months ago. Is there something that can bev done to fix this. I checked my phone but all is well I only have trouble with this app.
Good app. Relatively easy to use.
Is there an email or a way to give feedback on bugs/improvements to the app? Such as when dark theme is used on iPhone the instructions text doesn’t change to white so it’s black text on a black background and I’m unable to see it without changing my phone theme.
Terrible app
I went to give access and took around 150 photos. It took 2 DAYS to upload them. Terrible app. How Vendors can make money with a poor app like this one.

Ways to make it better…
Submitting documentation of work performed is the most difficult part of the contractors job.
1. Systematically gas input for improved navigation and “usability”.
2. Provide an easy link to user tutorial for in the field troubleshooting review.

Terrible
Always takes blurry photos with absolutely no way to fix it, runs very very slowly no matter what!! Very disappointed, makes the job harder not easier would be easier to take the pictures on my camera roll instead of this app, I have the newest iPhone with the best camera an the pictures I take from this app make it look like my 2 year old took them. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

To difficult for no reason find a simpler system.
Using app on latest iPhone
App is not very iPhone friendly since the latest update the option were you can’t leave the camera light on the whole time makes it hard to snap photos on the go in a dark house! And would like to get the volume button to act as the camera trigger other then that’s no complaints and won’t take off new orders that’s been done that day!

READ GOOGLE REVIEWS
I was hired on as a grass cutting contractor. They paid me for my first 2 jobs completed and the never paid me for the next 4 completed jobs. Then they proceeded to waste a month going back and forth before finally admitting they were not going to pay me for the completely jobs. They app is god awful and so is the website. HR just lies to you. DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS.
