App issues
1. The camera won’t stay in the “On” toggle, doesn’t give an option anymore. This also applies to older deceives.
2. Often times after taking a video an error message pops up saying that the video cannot be taken or saved while a active phone call is taking place. When there is no phone call taking place or even taken before the video was recorded. This also occurs on older devices.
3. While taking unlabeled photos, if you mistakenly click the button that takes you to all of the labeled and unlabeled photos, the phone will no longer take photos. The only fix is to logout of the app and sign back on. Just a major inconvenience while trying to complete an order.
4. When taking photos with 2 different devices the photos are all mixed up when uploaded into the order. They use to come through separated by the device, in time stamp order, in older versions of the app. This poses a huge problem when there are over 1k photos and they come in all mixed up.

Update: thanks for the feedback - the latest version of the application now allows you to take a picture while on a phone call. Video capture is excluded from this functionality since the video and the phone cannot share the microphone.
