So annoying
This app always crashes I’m on the final checkout stage and can’t even submit the dang photos y’all need to get it together. This is causing us contractors to lose time and money.
Bad
My last review somehow didn’t make it to the list. The app is buggy unstable. Pictures stuck, some orders disappear from Sent and sit in Log, some vice versa without any predictable pattern. All updates doesn’t fix problems that been around for years, unfortunately
Trash
App is trash like usual. It was good 3 years ago and has progressively gotten worse every update.
It’s horrible
This app makes you want to stop working. It’s so slow and never transmitted anything. I’ve always had to upload it to my laptop which takes longer. All the money that’s made you would think this gets fixed.

Not a huge fan of it at all.

And why isn’t there a category system in place yet for beginning,during and end yet !
They just keep adding more pictures to take witch most are a waste of time in my book if people would just do the job instead of trying to fake them I’m sure this would be different

For those that remember and experienced coming home after a long day in the field on the roof, crawlspace, moldy basement etc. ; and had to manually up load photos from a digital camera or from a third party like Dropbox. Then you know the ap is a absolute blessing. Yes it is temperamental, glitchy,

Worst company to work for worst APP ever Pruvan Is way better to use
Worst App Updates Ever!
So a year ago they updated the app to where you can take videos, if need be. You were once able to talk on the phone and take photos to help keep on time with work orders. You can no longer talk on the phone and take photos, where this job requires us to sometimes talk to brokers on what has been done by other contractors. Every time there’s an update, there’s numerous problems which we file complaints about until the send out a patch which messes something else up and requires another patch.

Worse Than Ever
Full signal but constantly resetting when trying to send. I watched it go from 134 sent to 144 sent, then back to 134. Every time we get an update, the app gets worse.
Update: Getting worse by the day. But so is the company, so no surprise there. No longer transmitting at all. Pathetic.

Please stop creating new updates that don’t work.
Any time they send out a new update for the app get ready for it to have a dozen new issues. By far one of the most frustrating apps you’ll ever use.
