App randomly defaults to “any stylist” when reserving
Been a Boardroom member for years. When using the “quick book” feature on the app where it normally defaults to the stylist you used the previous visit, if you click the button for “additional times” it will change your stylist to “any stylist” during the booking process. Today is the third time I’ve shown up for my appointment with the stylist I’ve been using for years and I’m told I have an appointment with some random new person. This app malfunction may actually be a “feature” designed to trick people into getting stuck with the new stylist. Very disappointing. Luckily my awesome stylist is going to fit me in today (the other two times I had to leave and just reschedule). App makes me think about cancelling my membership!!! More trouble than it’s worth!

To the idiot who design this app
Who buys expensive haircut? Old farts like me. The font in the app is so small that can’t read a thing. The color is so bad that i cannot see a thing. When i go down to a step i cannot back out of it. Please fix these silly things.
Update is AWFUL
Quick book doesn’t add your stylist so you’re tricked into booking and it’s someone else. Takes 10 seconds for the locations section to load when trying to book an appt. Fix it or revert back.

I used to spend 2 minutes booking my appointments for me and my sons. I can’t even figure out what the hell is going on anymore. It’s so bad I have to call in now to schedule. If they don’t figure it out I may just find other options.
No longer useable
I have been a client at the Boardroom for 9 months and I love them. The old app made it easy to schedule online. The new app is completely unusable on the iPhone. I have to use a computer. Please, please fix it. I am a Benchmark Member.
