Awful system

The Multistrada V4 is the most fantastic bike - Ducati Connect is next to useless. 1800 miles in Spain and I gave up with it on day 1. Come on Audi surely you can do better than that.

Pointless app

This app is just useless. Does not even give you correct info on my desert x. Recently had the bike serviced no record on the app. Gives service mileage in kms not miles. Just a marketing tool taking up space on my phone.

Non-Functional as of this moment, surely an update can fix it

I can’t get the app to function on my iPhone 14 Pro. It says there’s a security alert detected and the app won’t load.

Would be 5 * but…

Just bought my bike less than a month ago. One of the first things I did was download this app and enter my information. I had no problems. It appears to work as designed, without any problems.

My only complaint, I uploaded my photo but the photo needs to be rotated 90° but the app won’t let me edit my photo. Minor problem, first world problem.

Worse after update (May 2024)

The app is essentially unusable. Please hire a real app developer. The current one is obviously a scam. It’s ruining your brand/reputation.

Ducati should just delete this app and use a newsletter. Embarrassing a large international organization can push this trash to the public.

Not working

I keep getting a notification saying that a security alert was detected and the app won’t load. I use an iPhone 14 Pro.

Don’t bother

App was working fine but now just hangs and won’t load. From such a top brand of motorcycle you would have thought the quality of anything with their branding on would be on par - but not this - very disappointing

This app is on my iPhone 14 along with Ducati Connect etc. I have to delete the app, reinstall it and login again if I want to use it. If I use it once, close down and try to use it a second time it just “hangs” without any data being downloaded. You shouldn’t have to do this, all my other apps on the phone work fine, including Ducati Connect! It worked fine without this problem on my old phone, an iPhone 12. Very frustrating!!
