Garbage system and service
They tell you it’s a home security system what they don’t tell you is if doesn’t monitor anything but three doors unless you pay more and the system goes off and on like crazy in a 24 hour period it went offline and back online like 14 times and spent more time offline then on line.
Logged out
I forgot my password and the app logged me out. When trying to retrieve my password it sent an email directly into a bottomless pit. It won’t let me create a new account and it wont let me reset the app on my phone. My family removed me from the system and created a new account for me to log in to and it still wants me to sign in to the account that doesn’t exist before I can do anything. In other words, it’s a garbage app and nobody would use it if they weren’t forced to.

Please do yourself a favor and do not add this to your home!
The customer service is awful, my sister has them too and she also is always so frustrated whenever she calls cause they are not helpful. It seems this business is just there to get people’s money. They don’t care once you sign the contract.
The cameras are awful quality. Awful settings.
You pay monthly but really for nothing because when you call with any issue they just always want you to pay them again.

For the love of god, please add a feature to select all video files at once to delete. Having to select each one after video storage is full is crazy!
Very hard to find necessary setting
Hard to find right settings and navigate the App. Too much info however can’t simply find what I need.
Also, some notifications don’t come through.

Don’t waste your money on this alarm system. I HATE this alarm system. It stops recording if you pass your monthly allotment of uploads. Deleting them doesn’t work. Do you know how many times in an hour a bug or spider web or car headlights from across the way will set off your camera??? WAY more than you could ever imagine. WORST ALARM SYSTEM EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Do not make the same mistake I did signing up with them.
They have
-poor customer service
-low quality equipment
-inexperienced installers that purposely mess up so you have to pay another team to come and fix them
-cameras that work but not really
-low quality doorbell camera
For about 1.5 yrs all 3 cameras did not work and i paid them four times to bring four separate teams to solve the problem before the guy who installed it originally came back by chance with one of the teams and told me that he was told to install everything incorrectly. He was able to permanently fix the camera wiring in about twenty seconds after entering the attic. Again, before he came back, three different teams of people came and “fixed it” (which took an hour each). In reality they did fix it for about fifteen minutes before it broke again.
So essentially you are paying for
-no security system
-being treated like trash
-being told its “not our problem” by customer service
Sign up with literally ANYBODY ELSE. This company is ROCK BOTTOM. Every person in my entire neighborhood makes sure that any new homebuyers know about this company specifically.
They have

Smart features are hit or miss
I am enjoying the smart feature capability.
But it doesn’t always disarm when it should which leads to a LOT of triggers when I let the dog out.

Locks up
Screen freezes for videos. Needs dark screen mode. Need ability to reorganize order of viewing video devices.
Scam Company
Absolute scam of a company. System breaks everyday. They lock you in years long contracts and don’t fix anything. Horrible products and even worse customer service. Truly unbelievable they are aloud to remain in business.
