I’ve purchased several items from JJs house, including my wedding dress and I’ve always been happy with the quality, the weight of the fabrics and everything is well made. Also, the shipping is reliable and relatively quick! I’ve only purchased one thing that had really inaccurate sizing and it was the shape wear.

I have been trying to communicate with them over a package that was marked as delivered but was either delivered at the wrong address or stolen. I ordered a $10 try on and I’m trying to make sure I’m not going to get charged for it because it’s only a 5 day period and it took already 2 days just for the first response. When I asked a question about what they wanted it took yet another 2 days and they still did not answer the question, I sent both an email AND a message through their messaging system on the app that they take days responding to. After not getting my questions properly answered I warned them of they didn’t give me a proper response within a time frame (because my time with the dress would be up) I would be canceling my credit card, I STILL DID NOT get one so I canceled it. I’m not playing games with this company or any company the dress I ordered is beautiful and would have loved it for the wedding I am going to but I’m going to have to look elsewhere now.Show lessrab1920

I received my floor length formal dress promptly.
It is a perfect fit, and the steel blue is true to colour (as advertised. ) The length is exact , because you allowed for a small heel in the finished garment length.
I appreciated your attention to detail, as you contacted me to question one of the measurements I gave ( The dress was custom made).
Thank you JJ’s House. I look forward to wearing the dress and jacket at our Grand daughter’s wedding later in the year.

I’m extremely pleased with the material and fitting. I love being able to custom size, and honestly the craftsmanship is tremendous!!! From what I ordered, some dresses have built in slips, which makes them more comfortable and me more confident!!! I’m an odd shape, super short body, long legs, busty, tiny waist, big hips, and through chat then email got specific sizing!!

Was really surprised y the quality of the dress but had to return it as the sizing was off. Not happy with the restocking fee and shipping costs as ordering my normal size based on the measurements should’ve had a nice fitting dress but nope . I would order again and possibly try ordering a dress with my own
