  • Trash camera system and customer service

    Don’t waste your time or money with these cameras, they go down for “maintenance” very frequently. Customer service is beyond poor, staff is very rude and half don’t even know how to do there job. Cameras haven’t worked in almost two months bit when you call they say let me transfer you to technical dept and they hang up on you every time. Don’t waste your time or kk eh with these trash cameras!!
    Will be throwing all 19 of my cameras in the trash after this last run in with there crappy system and crappy customer service!!

  • DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE BRAND

    Biggest piece of garbage ever & the ridiculous charge to save photos when it has an SD card. Absolute garbage & never even came up on my phone to view. I have AT&T with full LTE bars or service but yet can’t view my camera. Had no problem with SpyPoint until someone stole it but I’ll be returning this immediately & going back to buy the camera I had which was $150 & this was $100 but this Muddy brand is just garbage & I don’t recommend anyone buying this brand unless you have time to waste & you enjoy headaches , oh yeah don’t forget the money you’ll basically throw away but eventually get back. Extremely upset & if I could give zero stars it would of received that cuz 1 star is honestly too much & it really don’t deserve that.

  • Stealthcam Fusion

    I actually don’t think the Command app is all that bad compared to other apps for cameras that I have. I’m not sure if it is an app issue or a camera issue (among many issues), but the “Map” shows the location of my iPad - not the cameras! I know where I am! Also the cameras are either way slow or not sensitive as I have to be going less than 4 mph on my ATV past a camera less that 20’ away for it even to get a picture of the ATV. I have watched deer pass in front of the camera and never got a picture. I have never got a response from the company concerning these issues, so customer service is very poor. I bought 2 of these cameras and then remembered that the only camera I have ever had go dead was a stealthcam. I can’t take these cameras back so will leave them in the woods and hope someone steals them.

  • Don’t buy stealth fusion or the muddy

    Bought the fusion a week ago had problems right from the start. Loaded a couple of images then stopped seen camera had an update so done that camera worked and load images for 1 hour then stopped all night. Next day re-sync the camera worked same amount of time then stopped. So I turned it off and took battery out for about 5 minutes reinstalled and it worked all day and night. Then I deleted pictures remotely from app stopped again. Re-synced and has worked since Saturday deleted pictures last night stopped again. So walked in front of it this morning and still no pictures. I’ve tried calling tech support and just put on hold by digital answering service. I really wanted this to work before Sunday when I place it 90 miles away. $20 a month service plus camera costing $110 should work flawlessly.

  • DONT BUY!!! Camera Mediocre, App Horrible

    When the camera actually syncs and the app is working its a nice set up. However, the app seems to always be very glitchy, for about a week straight I would have to go into the app and check pictures because it wouldn’t automatically send. Now the app will not even open, it get stuck on the loading screen. Deleted the app and reinstalled it still having the same issue. I use my camera on public land with a lock on it so it can’t be opened so if someone takes it the GPS feature IN THE APP could show me where the camera is but this is useless with the app not working. This app will also show you that your battery life is fine even with the batteries completely out of the camera. Definitely wish I would have read the reviews before buying the camera which isn’t much better quality than the app.

  • Not worth the money, app is terrible

    Camera worked a week just as other reviews stated. I don’t want to call and set on the phone to get this working I need it to work now and for what I paid for it. It sent photos then stopped we thought it was an app update so we went to the camera and updated the app request (extremely ridiculous). It took pictures for 1 day. Went to the camera to reset, now pictures are sending blurry. This lasted 1/2 a day and now no pictures at all. This is purchased in an effort to hang the camera and not have to go back and forth to mess with it. It has been a frustrating process and now will go buy a different brand and hopefully get the photos without continuous problems. Purchase with caution, not many can afford to switch from one product to another until the right one is found. This one is not it!!

    Adding additional comment on 11/20:
    One day before rifle season the app is once again not working. Camera or app is locked up... deleted app. and trying to reset to see if it will help and app login is just spinning. Continued frustration!

  • Works great for me —— At first

    I guess I spoke too soon. I ran into 4 issues all at once. First, I can’t change my plan in the app. It keeps saying I am in the activation period. So I was billed 15 bucks. I ended up going via the web site and was able to change it to the $10 plan next day. I was then charged 10 bucks and the $15 was never credited back. Every time I try to call in to get fixed, I’m told there is a like a 45 or 50 minute wait time. That is ridiculous and there is no excuse for that. Hire more phone reps. Lastly they publish an invalid email address for questions on their billing update email. I would think long and hard before buying one of these cameras.

    I have been using this for a week and it’s worked just fine. Setup was a cinch and I’ve had no issues.

  • Muddy manifest w/ stealth cam command

    I’m enjoying it so far going on 3 months with it.
    Does it have some bugs yes. But that’s what development is for.
    Batteries last almost an entire month for me.
    Energizer max is what I’m using right now.
    Some setting changes don’t take until after the 1st demo upload for me I noticed. They are not instant.

    Not sure about the way these cameras are produced but family has small farm with about 4 of these cameras and two of them sucked the batteries dry in week but replacement has gone through it’s process however strange to get 2 back to back that did this. Wondering if defected or a change in production.

    Other then that as I said write I really enjoy it keep up the good work and don’t forget to update your camera to fix the bugs.

    I haven’t found it yet but is there more detailed instructions on these settings. As I mentioned before the changes in settings aren’t instant there’s a delay or it’s posted after demo upload?

    Also is there a link to each update that describes what’s changing or new in the latest patch. Do I know what to look for.

  • Good Set up

    At first I had trouble setting up the camera and understanding the instructions. After a couple trail and errors I figured it out. Honestly not too bad of a camera.. says it’s taking 26mp pictures but the quality on the app is not very good. Once you plug the Sd card into your computer they are actually pretty good. Battery life doesn’t last more than a week depending how often you open the app and connect to the camera or how your camera settings are set up. I recommend installing a cellular camera solar panel that connect to the bottom port on the camera. I will say that the company should really try a little harder on updating and fixing the app.. a little more options or enhancing the graphics.. other than that I’m pleased.

  • Doesn’t even deserve one star.

    Two days ago I bought my first cell cam I was excited for it. Little did I know.. where do I start. Well the only positive thing it was really simple to set up. That being said nothing about the app works like it should. I set my settings as I wanted. Put the camera on the porch. And maybe it sent me 1 of out 20 pics. I would randomly walk in front of the cam. So I took the battery’s out put it back in the box lastnight. This morning the app still said I had 100% battery life and 3 bars of signal. Returned the cam this morning and got another trying to give this a shot. Wel I couldn’t even delete the old cam off my app. And the new one still no pics sending to me.
    Complete junk. If this would work how it should I was going to buy 5 more. But looks like I’m going to have to return this junk and get something that actually works
