This app has been very helpful for getting support with my anxiety while on campus. The therapists are highly trained and great at what they do. I also like the self care and snack ideas they show in the app. Highly recommend

System Glitch

I have tried many times to access this app as it comes free with my schools tuition but unfortunately as someone that is in dire need to speak to a therapist and do not have insurance, this unfortunately does not work for me. I sign in, get verified through my school and it just brings me back to the login page. In this day and age where everything is just so chaotic, I would’ve liked to leave a review where it is positive rather than negative one. Please timely care, fix your system glitch because in reality, I am paying for services that I unfortunately cannot use.

If/when you find the right person to meet with…

I am a USF student who uses this app for mental health counseling.
There are great people here who really want to help you and who will love talking with you.
Getting help is really brave and important and I think this could really help you if you are feeling alone.

Need a video visit for everything

I saw a doctor using a timelycare video visit but a week later I had a followup question I wanted to ask about some medication I was prescribed.

A simple email or direct message would have been sufficient to ask my question and receive an answer. But timelycare forced me to schedule a entire second video visit 24 hours in advance just to ask a single question.

It seems to me that this wastes the doctor’s time and mine. Why isn’t there an option to message past providers?

Just amazing

I never write reviews for any app but this platform really helped me change my life. Being an international student was hard on its own but after losing my mom things got really really difficult for me but Mr. Shabahang changed my life and helped me through it all. I am so happy that I was able to connect with him. to this day I am not sure how such little time was so life changing for me. Thank you

Timely is right!

I was out of town for a family emergency and needed a prescription refilled. I used the TimelyCare app and got connected with a doctor right away. She called in my prescription to a nearby pharmacy and I got it quickly. TimelyCare even texted me to check in later in the day to make sure I was doing well.

Couldn’t connect to the video call

I tried using TIMELYCARE today and I waited 15min and still couldn’t be connected to the call. It was buffering the entire time. I called the customer service and they only said it’s canceled now and I need to book a new session. The therapist didn’t even give me a call even though the phone number was on the profile. I had no way of contacting the therapist

I will not be using it anymore and I do not recommend it because of its instability and lack of trouble shooting.

Questionable design

On the upside, it is fast and convenient. There isn’t much to say there. My providers are fine.

My complaint is that the app design is frustrating. Why can’t you contact your providers outside of meetings? Why can’t you send them paperwork? Heck, there’s no way to message anyone- sometimes it’s easier to write things out for me, but the only messaging place is a discussion board with other patients. I just want to be able to text my counselor off hours when something occurs to me, and normally, you would be able to at least email them. But haha, no.

Quality Accessible Support

My experience with TimelyCare today was excellent. I found that my therapist, Brian, was very supportive, easy to talk to, and provided excellent strategies and follow up plans. I am very satisfied!
