Amazing
This is very creative and easy to use I use it for my business. It alleviate cards and people throw away cards all the time. But, having a Digital business card is so AMAZING. People only have to tap your phone with popl and they have your information. So super cool and convenient. Everyone always say it’s cool and they love it after getting my business card. Terrible app | Full of bugs
I bought the pool stickers and updated my whole information on it. It worked correctly for a few days. Then the app stopped working snd all my details are gone.
I tried updating them again but the app keeps crashing and it doesn't allow me to add any information.
And when i tap on the popl sticker, the information comes up as blank.

Updating my previous review
I have been in contact with the Popl team regarding the issues with the recent update. Their team has been constantly fixing issues that I have ran into with the latest update. Moreover, Jason (founder of Popl), has personally reached out to make sure that the issues I’ve described are resolved. Mad respect! The only other feature that has been removed from this latest version is the ability to enable and disable your profile. This option was amazing for privacy since, by nature, each profile is accessible publicly. I hope the Popl team brings this option back in the next update! Thank you for your hard work on this Popl team!!! I can finally use this as my primary!Show less@paulmirano
Basic things wrong
Notably the DOB field. Date saved is -1 day from the date selected. I have to choose the wrong date to get it to save the correct date. Additionally the formatting is stuck in the incorrect backwards US format [mmddyy] rather than the normal [ddmmyy] that the rest of the western world uses.CristianBrent

Not as good as they market it to be.
When you watch the videos and view the marketing they make it look like it’s a simple easy solution. It is not tough to set up, and it only works on basic level sending them to Popl website and a link with your info. Business cards are simpler then the app.
I have not tried the pro version to be able to rate. After having to spend money to get the dot to make it work was very disappointed with it. Not going to spend more money with them if the first step to use the product is that hard and cost money.
Stick with business cards you will better off. This coming from someone who built a business without business cards.Show lessTimGillette
Dissatisfied
Neat idea, great concept. Customer service responded through text pretty fast and gave all kinds of helpful information and videos and tips as to how I can get a stranger to make their phone compatible with this app (within seconds on the fly trying to promote myself). I’m not going to sit and talk with a stranger about what model phone they have and how to turn off some switch inside it just so I can give them my business card. Refund is some sort of big ordeal as well. I tried. Money lost. Lesson learned. I’ll be having business cards printed until there is a universal tried and true method of sending over my social media.
