Helped me reduce anxiety
after you log your use for about a week you start to see some trends. It has been pretty useful for helping me figure out when a product is likely to give me anxiety. Surprisingly I found dehydration was a big factor for me. I work in the industry and this app not only taught me more about my medicine but has helped enhance my lifestyle all around. By logging your sessions, Jointly has you rate your sessions based on dosage, effectiveness, flavor, setting, time of day and more. There are options to further record lifestyle factors that may affect your results such as exercise, diet and hydration throughout the day. I've learned a lot about how such factors affect my experience and have begun to consider healthy choices throughout my day in order to improve my medical cannabis use. The Jointly team is also great about adding products that may not be in their database yet.
