App Needs Development
This app needs some serious overhaul and quickly at this point I am seriously considering returning the product because this app is so under developed.
Current this DOES NOT allow control volume, skip track, setup a track playlist.

Drag Story Warning
Really enjoyed the idea of Tonies and thought that it was safe for children. It is for the most part but when I saw they give the offer of Drag Queen story time I was very disappointed. Why they are exposing innocent 3 and 4 year olds to sexual and confused adults is disturbing.
Awful setup process, even worse app
Constant “setup errors” and no actual answers to the errors. Everything is vague for “help”. Over 2 hours of trying to get the box setup for it to finally connect to the internet hours later on a final attempt. No issue with my 2.4GHz network, as required; just god awful server issues on the company.

Do not buy
Here I am, sitting on Christmas morning with my daughter attempting to set this up. Guess what? It won’t work. I’ve tried over 15 times to get this thing working and it won’t. Did all the resets, looked up all the trouble shooting. Nothing works. Your product is trash. You should be ashamed.

I will be returning this toy, it requires you to sign so much stuff, they basically monitor your phone from here on out. Also its broken Christmas morning I sit here trying to set thing thing up, servers are down so toy doesn’t work on Christmas morning. Even if it was working , which it isnt, toy is not functional without 20+ minuet set up with phones ect.
Clearly the only thing they are selling is your personal information, they cant even get their toy to work.
This is a christmas flop, do not buy.

Have had a lot of issues with setting up Wi-Fi which renders it useless
Feels like a cool concept but I’ve been having a ton of issues with setting it up. Will update my rating if customer service helps more
Terrible
Such a shame. Amazing product but the app and setup is appalling. Super disappointed that we couldn’t set this up for my kid - the app crashed everytime we tried to login, wouldn’t recognize the password a number of times (yes i was typing it right) and then froze me out with “oops something went wrong” messages.
It crashed halfway thru setup and now i can’t continue and it won’t let me reregister because it already accepted the Tonie ID.
Honestly, it’s so frustrating for the price - this app needs some serious work before you market it for this price.
It was a gift so don’t really want to tell the buyer to take it back but will have to because it isn’t useable.

This is awful
This thing sucks, we paid a LOT of money for it and it will not connect to our wifi or hotspot like it suggests. I'm about ready to smash this stupid thing.

Terrible!
This app is not user friendly! You should not have to download an app and connect this bumpy to the internet and provide personal information in order for this very expensive piece of junk to work. This thing is going right back to the store where it came from. I hate this device and it is very deceptive how it does not warn you that the tony box is completely useless unless you are willing to register it and connect it to the internet. Absolutely garbage!

Set up is painful
I appreciate the brevity for somebody whose setup goes well but when a process is stated to last 2-3 minutes hasn’t done so much as throw an error after 60 minutes then there is a defect in the product.
