Strange company and way of doing business

An app with great content. Roger Gabriel is particularly good. But changing the name of the app without warning is just plain weird.

No emails saying your app is changing. No mention of it on the App Store today. Just woke up to find the Chopra app had gone and โ€˜Presenceโ€™ was in its place.

Seems unchanged apart from the name. But this way of doing business does not inspire confidence in the team behind it.

Wonโ€™t play various audio, no CS

I recently was referred this app and really enjoyed it so I bought the subscription. A few days after, it stopped playing various audio including ones I had previously listened to. I submitted two different email inquiries for troubleshooting both of which the email rejected. I donโ€™t know how to contact them or fix this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as powering off my phone and rebooting to no avail. Iโ€™d give this much higher marks if all of the audio weโ€™re playing with not being able to play several sessions nor reaching anybody in customer service through the posted email address, I would say itโ€™s not worth $70. if there were no audio issues, I would definitely recommend it because I do enjoy what I am able to hear.

My purchases meditations donโ€™t work

I love this app and my preferred meditation style is the guided meditations by Deepak but my purchased meditation does not work consistently. It will work for a time then something screws up and I get an error message again.I stopped paying for a yearly account for that reason.

poems, prayers and inner guidance

Always feel positive after listening to the meditations. Thank you Chopra Centre for providing positive uplifting messages. The messages, mantras and music settle the mind. I love using the App

Daily habit

Ever since I was I geoducks to this app and after taking part in The Seven Spiritual Laws, I have made this a daily practice. Mornings before I embark on my day. It has made the stresses of the day more manageable for me to start the day with meditation. Sometimes 8 minutes, sometimes longer when I feel I have time for more. Itโ€™s the best way to start the day. Thank you for making short manageable meditations!!

Poor Value

App is very buggy. Customer support is slow or non-existent. Chopra puts more effort into sales that service.

My anchor through years of turbulence

I rarely miss my morning Chopra. It kept me strong and on track through the years looking after my father who had dementia and the subsequent heart wrenching loss of him. My morning selfcare routine still starts with Chopra as the app gets better and better.

Changing my life

I started to meditate when Deepak and Oprah had the 21 day meditation series about 8-10 years ago. I found meditation at the time hard and my mind was everywhere but I liked the lessons so kept at it. Subtle changes started to happen. I felt calmer, my temper went away my friends closest to me started to make comments. I faithfully meditate every day and I thank Deepak and his staff for all the different meditations. I feel as I meditate I am changing my life for the greatest good and grateful every day for a new day. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’•

He speaks with wisdom, authenticity & depth- a true sense of being. I hang on his every word- they are vital to inner well being.
It is his voice that resonates. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever

Iโ€™ve been experiencing issues accessing my meditations since the 7th January and I am completely fed up with the lack of actual support. Deepak Chopraโ€™s net worth is 80 million dollars, surely he can afford to employ a team that can look after the well being of his customers? Iโ€™ve been asking for a refund as Iโ€™ve been unable to access my paid for meditation series & Iโ€™ve been unable to use them properly as advertised since the 7th January and been fobbed off time and time again, told that the app updates will fix things, Iโ€™ve experienced no actual resolution to my issues. They do not care about their customers.
