App keeps crashing when trying to see statues so I can’t add any time to my dryer. very poorly designed app
Not the best
Costs a lot for laundry. On top of costing a lot, the times aren’t very accurate, it’ll tell you your laundry is finished when it isn’t as well as not tell you well after it’s finished, that it has just ended.

Worst company on the planet
Awful quality, you might as well not bother drying clothes because they wont even dry then but meanwhile they're charging you and unnecessary amount. Its just incredibly over priced especially while being made for students who are already struggling financially. And if you want to contact they're support they wont even reply to you and when the finally do they are incredibly unhelpful and try to make it as if its not even their fault or problem. Overall they fully just take advantage advantage of students which is low in itself and had this company not been plastered all over student accommodation i assure you no one would use it. Utterly shameful.

Impressively bad
Contender for the worst app and service of 2024?
Terrible, just terrible.
I have so many questions, the main one being WHY? Everything about this is deliberately confusing, despite the only selling point of this business being “convenience”. Why are there two apps? Why is it unclear which one to use any of the time? Why can you not get a refund, only one with a £3 charge? Why can you not pay with coins or a debit card at the machine - they use contactless for the laundry cards so why can’t they use it for bank cards? Why is it so unclear which machine you’re paying for? Why is it so expensive? And why for the love of god does every single university use this godawful system??? It’s hideous.

Best app ever!!!!!
I used to have to spit wash all of my laundry (hawk tuah style) which you could imagine would take years to do. But after finding this amazing app my life has changed for the better no longer do I have to must up baths of saliva to clean my clothes with this app all my problems are solved. I just want to personally thank the creator of this app for their work and know that the bad reviews are all just bots.

Useless app
Tells me washing machines are free when they aren’t. I made a 1 hour 30 minute journey from my accommodation to the laundrette, and guess what? There weren’t any free. So, on my way back to my accommodation guess what happened next? A laundry thief stole all my laundry and even the clothes off my body. Now I’m left in the centre of city of Bath with no laundry and no clothes. Furthermore, I had invested all my money onto the app and couldn’t withdraw any so I couldn’t even pay for a bus journey back to my accommodation. Once I finally returned to my accommodation after 90 minutes of gruelling walking I realised I couldn’t even get into my accommodation as I’d left my keycard in my trousers which had now been stolen by the laundry thief. I will never be using this app again and I hope no other uni students ever have to face the same issue I did.

Avoid this app. Best to use your hands that don’t use administrative fees
I am done using the service of the machine and requested a refund of my balance but was told that administrative fees would cost £3. The representative I spoke to says it’s included in the terms and conditions which 99.5% of users never read. This is daylight robbery and to think a big company with a reputation would charge £3 for you to get your money back. It’s extortion.

Literally the worst. Horrible.
I cannot describe how bad the experience with this app and the machines is. The machines do not work, the system fails most of the time and it costs a ridiculous amount of money for a very low quality wash/dry.

Terrible
Terrible app and can’t refund under £5 but doesn’t tell you that anywhere. Machines are very unclear on the price and the app is not user friendly as half the options do not work. Worst experience for something that can be easily done elsewhere. App only confuses everything
