worst piece of sheet app
this app is actually garbage. it is the most useless thing since prime video ads. i am actually unable to put into words how much i distain this application. also why do i need an account to clean my clothes. better off using a toothbrush and doggy doo doo.
Horrific app avoid at all costs
Do not use this if possible it barely works at all and only sometimes and will do everything possible to steal your money

Worst app
Horrible app. Something always goes wrong and leaves the app loading for over an hour before I give up.

They steal your money
They make you put a minimum amount of money on the app to do laundry and if you don’t use it all, they won’t refund it if it’s less than 5 euros (and they charge a 3 euro fee if it’s more than 5). It also expires in 12 months and you lose any money left.
It’s theft. Sure, only a couple euros for me, but if they steal a couple of euros from everyone using the app, they get rich. Their laundry rooms have no way to pay without the app. If I ever come back here I’ll find some other laundromat.

AWFUL
I never write reviews so my awful experience has really compelled me to want to write one. It’s extremely buggy and the machines are also too strong that it can really wear and tear your clothes like putting in holes, which I know they won’t compensate me for. The payment issue is ongoing it’s like they can’t solve a problem to save their life. I always have to use PayPal instead of just using my credit card which is annoying and on top of the prices… but the worst has to be their refund policy. They require an administration fee of £3 and then they won’t issue refunds less than £5… so you’ll just have money sitting in their for them to use like a bank and then they won’t let you refill your account for anything less than £5, like what if I needed exactly £4.20 or something to be able to fully use my balance?? The fact they have a minimum top up (which would be fine if they gave you refunds free with no minimum balance required) but CHARGE you for a refund and then require you to have at least £5 remaining is just awful. I don’t know how they are functioning and get shut down.

Tadpoles can do better customer service and run a business
After using these services, I have decided that getting a washing machine is the first thing I need in my new home because it’s FARR better than talking to it’s customer service who acts like they have only half a brain cell and keeps telling us we are wrong when we tell them their stupid machines are not working while being literally are in the laundromat!!!!!! All this coming from a person who never goes out of their way to leave a comment but these guys are SOOO BAD SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND ON TOP OF THAT SO GOOD AT BLAMING THEIR CUSTOMERS that I couldn’t resist

Hidden costs
Minimum £5 payment. Refunds given are only for balances above £5, and. £3 “admin fee” on refunds. Strongly recommend a laundromat where you can see prices before. I now have £4 on my account that I’ll never get back. Pretty sure that’s not even legal
App doesn’t even work properly
When I try to pay through my card instead of putting credit onto the app due to certain circumstances, it doesn't work. Certain machines don't even come up on iPhones when we want to use them. They only come up on androids. It notifies you that your clothes are done washing and then when you get there there’s still 15 mins left. If there was an option to give 0 stars i would. You’d think that for an app that many uni students have to use, it would work better. But clearly not. If i had the choice to not use this app i’d choose any other option in a heartbeat. Its awful.

Overpriced and Many Issues
Unfortunately I’m forced to use this in my accommodation and I’ve had nothing but issues with this app. Firstly the prices they charge are ridiculous, a wash and dry can cost almost £10! Secondly the app is constantly crashing and to make matters worse I’ve been charged more than displayed on the machine and my credit has vanished from my account randomly twice since moving into the accommodation in September.
Lastly if you want to add credit to your account you can only add £10 minimum it’s ridiculous.
Please use an alternative or check with your accommodation if they use CircuitLaundry prior to moving in.
