Horrible, putrid
I never write reviews on apps but this one is so bad I had to change my ways. It crashes constantly, glitches and loses your money, and service is no help. If you’re building uses Circuit Laundry I feel sorry for you. Shame on you Circuit Laundry.

Unsatisfactory, unreliable, and overall incompetent
There’s no doubt why this company/app has so many negative reviews. Not only do the washing machines not clean the clothes, but the dryers don’t dry them and at all times at least one of the machines is out of service. It’s disgusting how this company ignores the many negative reviews it gets. This just shows that their only goal is to selfishly profit off of needy university students.

Downright disrespectful
I’ve used multiple laundry services throughout college, and this one is, by miles, the worst. I’ve had multiple articles of clothing damaged, prices are simply criminal, and machines are often broken.
I’ll do one washer load that doesn’t even get my clothes damp so that the detergent just stains my clothes, another that drowns my clothes, and I’m left with detergent stains and 3 60 minute rounds of drying, after which my clothes are still damp and I have to hang them up in my room.
This is so poor. With no prior experience, I believe I could implement a better business model…how would I do that? If I wanted to **** people over, I would go right on ahead as Circuit has and laugh. If I wanted to run a service that helped people, I would tell customers to go elsewhere if possible.

Worst app I’ve ever used
This is incredibly inconvenient and I hope this company warn people before they buy the app or the laundry machines that it turns a simple chore like laundry into an absolute nightmare. I have cried over my laundry a countless number of times because of this app. Honestly awful and despicable. Technology is supposed to make lives easier, not more difficult.

Whole system needs improving
Firstly, I’m going to echo what many have said in regards to minimum top-up, cost of laundry and machines not working. So many times machines are either out of order. Or they take money from your account and you are unable to start them. Then you have to contact Circuit for a refund each time. On one site I had issues with the dryers not drying my laundry. One time I spent over £10 after washing and drying one single load and the laundry was still damp. Each time when I felt the laundry, it was cold. Even staff at the one site were getting frustrated of contacting Circuit due to faults and being told that it was more likely a site issue.
Also regards to the cost, what I didn’t get is why on one of the sites was it costing more to wash a medium load than for a large load?
I am fed up of having to register a new account each time I change sites because it does not pick up the site change. Even with the Bluetooth turned on, it still shows the machines at the previous site.

App worked once
The payments work every once and a while and the machine tracking has not worked once, garbage app
Worst App
I have registered in my accommodation for more than 21 days, and I haven’t received my login details for circuit plus for these 21 days. It is so disgusting and disrespectful. I have complained to my accommodation for more than two weeks, and their answer” the problem is with circuit plus not us.” Absolutely disgraceful app.

Is this an email harvesting scam?
That is a genuine concern, not just me being snippy. I’m completely baffled to see what value circuit adds or what problem it solves compared to a normal washing machine. Why do I need an email, password, and buggy app to put clothes in a machine and give someone money? Thank god it has a PayPal option—there is absolutely no way these people are getting my credit card info. This app stretches my ability to assume the best intentions, and it is fairly humiliating for my university to continue to choose circuit.
