Constantly crashing. Please fix this app

Before getting this app, I had dirty clothes. Now I have dirty clothes and I’m sad
What a useless app.
Circuit is one of the most disappointing laundry services I’ve encountered. The machine connection is faulty, and the transfer to a Bluetooth connection from the previous QR code system was unnecessary and a distinctive downgrade. I was also unable to upload funds on either of my cards despite the fault lying with this app, not my bank.
I hope the individual at Circuit who may or may not read these reviews knows this not to be a degradation of any one of their individual efforts, but that they are unfortunately employed by a company who considers it acceptable to put out a faulty product. Shame on Circuit.

Bad app, bad service
Doing a load of laundry shouldn’t be this complicated.
Minimum 5 pound pre-payments are greedy and the app itself fails to provide the features it advertises (the +5 minutes for 20p feature doesn’t work). If you must use it (and you may not have a choice) do a bit of maths to make sure you don’t prepay a cent more than you need to.
Strongly encourage you to find a 24hr laundromat where you can see the price of the service in advance, put the required coins in a machine, and it cleans your clothes - like laundry should be 🥹

Irritating Quirks
It’s confusing that it should have a feature which lets you view machine availability, but only if you are standing right next to them via Bluetooth. What’s the point of that? Let it be viewed via wi-fi to save a trip in vain to the laundry room.
Despite the horror stories, I’ve only ever had good experiences with customer service - they immediately refunded me over the phone when a machine ate my credit.
In addition, it would be nice if this app let you hold / manage a digital circuit laundry card, seeing as all machines have an NFC tap point.

Totally money grab scheme
This app offers no additional functionality to the previous app and is even randomly crashes MORE.
They also steal your money in the following ways
1) They force you to create a new account where your previous credits are not recognized, even with the SAME email
2) They then charge a 3£ fee on all refunds and don’t allow refunds on 5£ or less balances
3) They don’t offer transfers between accounts

I am sorry to hear of these issue's, This seems like it could be an internet issue, please make sure you have strong signal when using the app.
Complete Trash
My account wouldn’t work after I used it one time, and I was forced to make a new one losing the money in the initial account. Also, it’s just really garbage in every other way imaginable. Just read some of the other reviews. Something that comes to mind is that the app will tell you that your load is done waaaay too early.

Tragic accident caused by circuit plus laundry app UI
Won’t let me log in to my own account, even when using “forget password button”
A dear friend of mine regretfully informed me recently of a disastrous occurrence caused by flaws in the circuit plus laundry. This individual had used circuit plus for the entire semester (experiencing many of the hardships documented by other users in these reviews) but due to a unique situation, circuit plus led to her losing not only her sanity as it does to most, but the fingers on her right hand.
On just another ordinary day, this user of the circuit plus laundry app was attempting to log in to do their laundry. Unfortunately, in a turn of events that was utterly unsurprising to anyone familiar with the circuit plus interface, they were unable to log in to their account and thus also unable to complete their laundry. Due to a time crunch, this left them with no option but to do their laundry in a nearby river. While doing the laundry in the river was no issue for this spirited and naturalistic individual, it was the drying that resulted in tragedy.
As many know, Circuit plus dryers hardly ever work. Thus, as a result, this individual was used to very wet clothes. In an attempt to curtail this, they created an open fire in order to attempt to dry their laundry. This was, unfortunately, where the incident occured. While chanting a Celtic ritual song of curses open circuit plus, the individual accidently slipped and fell into the fire, nearly face planting if not for putting up their hand in time. This however, severely damaged their right hand, causing second degree burns.
In summary, circuit plus is not to be trusted, and should be avoided at all possible opportunity .

Barely consider this an app
Without even discussing the absolute robbery that happens with this laundry service, this app is without a doubt the worst I’ve ever encountered. Trying to do one cycle of laundry requires at least a full day with customer service. If I could give this 0 stars I would, whoever is running this scam of a company needs to at least pretend to care about those of us being forced to use it.
