An Atrocious Affront
This App is run horrifically.
Putting aside the ridiculous pricing per washing and drying cycle, the app itself hardly works. It crashes everytime you try to check the status of an ongoing wash, leaving you no idea how long is left.
Furthermore, Half the time you can’t even add funds into the app - It’ll just “process” Indefinitely.
Worse yet is what i dub the “Phantom” Purchases, where mysteriously you’ll notice your funds decreasing despite you having not used a machine - That’s right, they will take your money.
Even more incredulous is the horrific customer service, if you can even call it that. Want a refund? You’re out of luck, they charge you money from the credits to even get a refund, leaving you with nothing. Calling support is just as useless, you’ll get a “Sorry for the inconvenience” followed by a half-hearted “Try again Tomorrow.”
This App needs a fundamental rework from the ground up on how to create a user friendly experience. There’s plenty of other reviews that can highlight the same issues, This app is bad: Plain and simple.

Deducted twice machine didn’t start either time
This app is a failure I have never taken an app coding class and I promise give me a week and I can create you a functional application that will allow human beings to clean their clothes.
I get the fact that they’re cheeping out on getting an actual app coded or proper laundry machines just because we’re students but how dare they rob me off my money disgusting filth corporations I would spit on your graves the day you die

All I’m saying is- if your company can’t do what it claims to do, maybe don’t go in business.

In addition to its uselessness, it will also scam you of your pounds, so be vigilant about how much you put into there. These unis need to reconsider an alternative because 1. This is a scam, 2. They price gouge uni students for these broken machines, and 3. Do not provide solutions instead make the process of doing laundry so stressful

Scam
My account became “null” after I tried to lock back in making me lose the 10 pounds that I had put into the app. A completely ridiculous scam
i hate it
this is the worst thing ever I’m only forced to use it bc my uni only says we can only wash our clothes using this app. I tried making an account but it glitched out when I was writing the PIN number they sent me. That meant I can’t sign in because it said in the log in that the email wasn’t registered but when I do try to register it says I have an account. That’s not even the issue. I made an account with another email and put money on the account then went to put my clothes in the washer then the app glitched and logged me off. I tried logging back it but it kept telling me that my user or password is wrong when it’s not I even took a screenshot of my password and email then registering. This would all be fine if the app would let’s me reset my password I’ve clicked on forgotten password and written my email and it e been hours and I still got NO email back.

What is the point of creating a new app when it won’t even work LOL. The entire service relies on the app….so why does it have so many issues. Circuit Laundry is well known for being glitchy and non-user friendly. They have no customer service they have random outages and you will be provided no help.

Doesn’t Work AT ALL
Don’t waste your time, app doesn’t load, won’t connect to machines, will take your money and then say you don’t have a balance
Error Auth Token Missing
Every single time I use this app. EVERY SINGLE TIME SOMETHING GOES WRONG. Whether it’s because the machines won’t start, my presaved cards won’t work, I can’t find machines, the room view feature doesn’t work, and now I CANT USE THE APP AT ALL. I was able to finally get a load in the washer but when I go to dry now my account is completely blank and anytime I click a button I get the “error auth token missing” message. I have tried logging in and out multiple times, closing the app all the way and reopening and even restarting my phone. To charge 5 pounds to do a load of laundry for this app is an embarrassment.
