Absolutely shocking waste of time
You may as well walk down to the local pond and wash your clothes than use this poor excuse for an app. The app never connects to a machine and leaves you endlessly moving your clothes from washer to washer. It’s also eaten my money on many occasions which is terrible as the app basically steals from students. You can also only put a minimum £5 on your account which is completely stupid. PLEASE for gods sake fix this app it’s actually the worst and ruins my day every single time i need to wash clothes. Whoever made this must have their head screwed on backwards. They are also completely oblivious to the poor reviews and are more focused on lining their pockets with student’s money!!!

Worthless
I would give this laundry ‘service’(more of a disservice really!) zero stars if possible. Try as I might to find them, Circuit has no redeeming qualities: the app is stupid and hardly ever works, machines are always broken, customer service is entirely useless and mind-numbingly clueless, and prices are exorbitantly high. The website is out of date and lists incorrect information, and if the stars and planets align perfectly to actually start a machine for you, good luck getting your clothing dry!
Another serious complaint is that the old Circuit app is still available to download and add money to for some reason. Thus, if you unfortunately do so by mistake, you are scammed out of whatever you paid. The old app just eats your money and you can’t transfer it to the new one. I find this to be highly suspect behavior and an unethical business practice.
Universities and whomever else need to go back to good old fashioned coin operated machines. The era in which the tyranny of Circuit Laundry reigns supreme with its claws deep in the monopoly of student accommodations has long since dawned. Its rule must be brought to an end.

features don’t work
None of the in-app features work; every time I try to check on a load of laundry I have in, the app completely crashes. Won’t even let me see what machines are in use if I try to check that way

AIDS
When I first downloaded the app, I had to pay a minimum of £5 to do my washing. Then the app forced me out and I couldn’t sign back in. I called a the helpline to see if I could refund my £5 and the operator only spoke Hindu. From what I could make out he was going to spend my £5 on a takeaway and some feet pics on only fans. The machines are always broken, and bleached my stoney jumper. I have now spent £20,000 on 3 washes and my clothes always come out smelling of human excrement. There was a small nuclear explosion in a colleagues washing machine, leaving his charred carcass unrecognisable. My great aunt developed stage 4 leukaemia from the app experience and couldn’t afford treatment because she spent so much on a single wash. My therapist has told me I will never recover from the circuit plus and I now have to go to sleep in a straight jacket to stop me from murdering my wife in a psychiatric episode. However the app receives 2 stars because I now know the best place to hide bodies (because the machines are never serviced).

WORST APP IVE EVER USED
This is a load of garbage nothing and I mean nothing works. Idk why anyone would ever choose to use this company this is truly awful and so frustrating. 0/10 experience.
Works perfectly for me
Despite the bad ratings from other users, thankfully it works fine for me. Obviously i was skeptical at first but my student accommodation uses this app entirely for the washers and dryers. Just take note that they don’t refund credits that are less than £5.00. I downloaded the wrong app first which is not the Plus version. However, I approached their refund team and they were able to transfer my credits to the Plus app instead. So thank you for that 🙏🏻

Horrible crooks
My college uses these machines and they are always breaking in the middle of washes. I have to watch my machine the whole time and reset it every time it breaks. There’s no other laundry service available so I always just end up with wet clothes. They have “fixed” them multiple times but just seem to not want to solve the problem. Don’t let them taint your college.

Much better than the Thames
Before I discovered circuitry laundry I used to go down to the local river to wash my clothes. The combination of fish, algae, dirt and grime in my local river meant that my clothes never felt clean. This all changed when I discovered circuit laundry, and most recently, circuit laundry plus.
The app is easy to use and is much more convenient than my local river. Cheers!

Terrible
True rating, zero stars for the app and the company, but this isn’t the place to elaborate on the company. App doesn’t work half the time; tells you the wrong time when laundry is finished, can’t load funds with a saved card, have to delete and re-input details over and over again. Using an app to laundry is asinine in the first place.

If I can choose, I WILL NOT use this app again!
I have to use this app just because of my uni accommodation only have this laundry service. First, for the dryer, it literally cannot dry my clothes at one time, every time I have to either dry the second time (which waste my money and time for another hour) or use my room heater to “dry” them. Second, the time remaining is always incorrect, especially for the washer. Although the app say the washing cycle is done, the machine show there are 15 minutes left. The worst situation is that 1 of the 2 dryer here sometimes cannot be used properly just because of “machine communication error”. I really feel tired for doing laundry every week because this is literally a gamble, whenever there are some problems happening to the app or the machine, I have no choice but to wait and waste my money and time.
