I tried to make an account but after several tries they just won’t open an account for me. They didn’t give me any reason for it. Avoid if possible.

Отвратительное приложение, куча недоработок, процесс верификации занял пол дня, так и не получилось сделать селфи. Удалил и больше к нему не вернусь, так как есть более подходящие аналоги

Отправил перевод внутри банка с одного счета на другой заморозили деньги на 72 часа при этом сумма смешная 335 € сказали что находится на проверке мой совет ищите альтернативу этому банку и сказали что не чем не могут мне помочь получается взяли мои деньги на 72 часа и проворачивают их в своих схемах по-любому на фьючерс торгуют это так шутка но кому нужно тот поймет это мой опыт и у вас может быть лучше

Appalling service and fake reviews

They’ll withhold your money from you and tell you they cannot see the payment. Stay away from this app by all means. It is only other payments that “will not show “ on your accounts. Disgusting bank that’s ruining my mental health

An absolutely useless application for collecting your personal data.

When passing verification, every time I received a refusal, although all the documents that I used were current and photographed in the best quality. After contacting support, I was told that this was not a problem with the application, but that I was indeed denied verification. When I started asking for a reason or an explanation why this happened, I was told that when I installed the application, I agreed to the terms, and there is a clause where they can deny verification for any reason and the company is not obliged to explain what exactly became the problem. In this way, the company can collect your passport data and biometrics, and then simply refuse you to use the application. They say that of course my data will be deleted after 6 months, but it’s no secret what companies usually do with user documents... and how the databases of such companies are “accidentally” leaked to third parties.. My only advice for users is to avoid this company and use any other alternative for your own safety.

Can’t make account

I can’t make account because my full name is too long and I tried many times but u rejected me in the end even I was chatting with one of your customer service and they told me they will fix the problem but they didn’t.really poor service
