  • No verification

    After more than 7 days since i created my account still haven't received and answer about verification, i have followed all the steps correctly, bot to mention their their support page says that it doesn't exist if you want to open it, this has been advertised by Binance and i guess Binance has to get a reliable partner because Zen is a joke so far

  • Complete and utter disaster

    Complete and utter disaster. They're slow, they reject transfers for no reason and charge you for this, their customer service is useless. There are lots of fintech companies better than this, don't use them.

  • Terrible experience

    You guys refused to get me verified after providing necessary information. That is not the problem though. The problem now is how to get the money I already added to the Zen.com app back. I contacted the support (Ella) she left me there and ended the conversation without any further response. PLEASE I NEED MY MONEY BACK. Y’all need to be careful with this app. It’s screaming SCAM.

    The worst company I ever met. Just began to use the card and was told my account would be closed soon! Without any explanation. Terrible.

    Don’t recommend after opening account I get message from Zen that they closing my account. They didn’t want to give any answers. They only gave me one reason being suspicious activity. But I only had accounts for two days I didn’t put money in or take any money out. I only activated the account and confirm my identity which they approved. Developer response is that I must have done something wrong because they don’t close the account without the reason that you go. This is very wrong I’ve open account didn’t do anything on it and you close it. I didn’t pay money in I’ll take money out didn’t do any transactions whatsoever I’ve only register…

  • Avoid

    Rubbish user interface, high fees, and lazy customer service

    Every other attempt to transfer funds is always delayed and ends up in a week long back and forth with customer service to try and get my money sent.

    I only had to use this temporarily, I will NEVER use zen again for any transactions.
