Problem to open account

I sent them all data required but without explanation they didn't opened my account. When Revolut didn't make me problems never.... Zen is a joke not trustful company if they making problems on the beginning! Also it is not explanation that they are base in Lithuania. Mentioned before Revolut is also based in same country. I have signed to other companies which ones are working under EU law, so your answer is hilarious. It is showing that your staff is incompetent.

I see that whole polish companies are scam...

No verification

After more than 7 days since i created my account still haven't received and answer about verification, i have followed all the steps correctly, bot to mention their their support page says that it doesn't exist if you want to open it, this has been advertised by Binance and i guess Binance has to get a reliable partner because Zen is a joke so far

Complete and utter disaster

Complete and utter disaster. They're slow, they reject transfers for no reason and charge you for this, their customer service is useless. There are lots of fintech companies better than this, don't use them.
