    I have been trying for months to open an account .. all I hear is they can’t verify my identity even though I’ve sent or done what has been requested ..

    You do not open an account for a Turkish citizen living in France. I'm asking you; What is the document you can't verify? - We don't have to explain (Is this an ethical answer?) I have a Wise, Paysend, Nuri, Bunq, Verse account. While these verify my identity, which document can't you verify?

  • DO NO DOWNLOAD - I have missing money

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD - My account was closed almost two months ago a lot of my savings inside. The team at ZEN said they would send my money back initially. In the last month they have no been responding to any of my emails and therefore I believe this may be a scam. I have no idea how to get hold of anyone and cannot believe this could happen. Could this be a scam?

    Mylący opis w warunkach konta o kosztach przelewów. Przelewy walutowe i złotówkowe są traktowane na giełdy kryptowalut są traktowane jako przelewy kryptowalut ?!?! Brak publicznego dostępu w reklamie aplikacji i konta faktycznych kosztów i opłat przelewów na giełdy kryptowalut.

    Simple wallet application but extremely high quality. Zen planner is very convenient and easy to use. This is definitely my favorite app
  • Been stuck on verification screen for over 12h now

    Really disappointed of this Fintech, tried many other ones however never had any problems to verify my id before. Once I can maybe use the apps and see its features I will change my review but still at the time of the writing I am stuck on verificatio. Very bad experience so far.

  • I do not recommend this financial company

    it takes a long time to make a national money transfer: 2 days seems very much to me compared to, competition: revolut. which is free. with revolut I never encountered time problems, with revolut in a few seconds the transfer was made here it takes a long time from my point of view. however we are in 2021 not in 2004 ... it is a finance company in the beginning long ago ... they still have a lot to develop to be able to compare with the competition. I'm sorry I didn't have a good experience. I do not recommend this financial company. I also contacted the customer service and they made fun of me.
