    Я проходив уже верифікацію фото та все що потрібно, але знову просять пройти, і ось я спіткнувся з проблемою що коли я натискаю розпочати у мене просто закривається додаток і все, у чому проблема нажаль не можу зрозуміти, чи може підтримка якось допомогти, також було непогано якби верифікацію можливо проходити з браузера.

  • HORRIBLE SERVICE

    Would never recommend ZEN held my funds for days n I keep asking the customer service everyday all I get is wait not helpful at all charges fees but do nothing just transfered afew transaction not even 5 and less then 500 n still held my funds as if am doing money laundering TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED JUST DONT HAVE AM ACCOUNT IF YOU WANT TO SAFE YOURSELF FROM THE STRESS THEY GIVE

  • They do not opening account for the Ukrainians

    the support is useless, they don’t want to open an account for me and also they don’t want to delete my data (passport and face). Don’t use that app.

  • Terrible service

    After 1 minute of verification it failed. support said that they wont provide their service for me and they cannot explain the reason. No surprise that banks are scam, but zen is number one scam.

  • Not trustworthy

    After few transactions they closed my account for no reason under false accusations. very unprofessional and offensive behavior. I definitely cannot recommend this application for any serious use. Absolutely not trustworthy service with worst customer treatment I have ever experienced

  • Hold my funds 3 months

    Reject the three transactions (no info why…),transaction come on my name and still hold them ,3 month pass .They said that send but it is not true …
