Buggy
I love the app and use it daily but I can’t help but find the glitches and bugs so annoying. Like the planner layout not fully loading and having to click off then back onto it for it to load the correct layout. The same thing happens when changing orientation or month etc. It’s very annoying but there aren’t many alternatives to this app.

It slows down after a year
I had a great 1st year with this app and so I renewed for the 2nd year. But in the middle of 2nd year, it became too slow and sometimes I lost my notes. I tried updating the app and contacted tech support. No reply, nothing changed. So I had to stop using it after paying for the 2nd year fully. I wasted my money.

Customer Support is poor
I've emailed twice - there have been no updates in a year - and the "next up features" was what enticed me to this product. Things like stickers and a desktop app would be terrific. I can only imagine that the reason that there's no communication on update timelines, is that there's no timeline to update on. I now am having an actual problem syncing my calendar and am hopeless that they'll even get back to me. (Paid subscription, btw.)

Won’t update on synced device
I downloaded this app about a week and a half ago. I first downloaded it to my iPad. It linked my calendars and I was able to write notes on the individual days which is exactly what I wanted to be able to do. I then downloaded the app on my phone and signed in with my account. Everything transferred over that I had entered up to that point. However, I have made changes since then on my iPad and the new info that I put in my iPad won’t update on my phone. I’ve done all of the trouble shooting tips, refreshed the app, closed out the phone and iPad m, restated, even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When I signed back in after reinstalling the app on my phone it still only shows the info that had been input at the time I had originally installed the app on my phone. It still won’t update. It’s been over a week. I tried reaching out to the support email within my free trial period and am still waiting for a response. I give this app 2 stars because I really like the design of linking to my calendars and being able to write on it but if it will only work on my iPad and not update to my phone then it’s pointless for me to have this app and I would have cancelled it before the free trial. I’m hoping the app support group will eventually have a solution to fix this at which point I could update my review. Not sure how long their typical response time is for getting back to emails but it’s been over a week so far with no response.

Awesome until it wasn’t.
Worked so great for about a week. Now I can’t add events and it’s constantly crashing. Unless something is updated, it’s a huge waste of money.
Good but
Soo the app is really good. But is has a negative impact. So u need to pay to use UNLIMITED stuff and it just gets really annoying. HOWEVER there’s no adds. Which is great because I personally hate adds. U can get the app but it’s not what the info about this app shows. I thought that this app was gonna be some awesome app for planning but your limited 3 notes UNLESS you pay for the subscription. So yeah I think this could have been better but so far for me so good. I have used this app for a while now. Just if your going to plan (and you don’t want to pay for anything) you can’t plan 3 months ahead. Which is annoying but if it is just simple, 1-2 things you wanna plan for a day or something then ye get the app but if not your better off with something else.

Laggy
It keeps lagging on my iPad and the app crashes a lot on my phone
KEEPS ON CLOSING
I love this app and everything however it started to close non stop and its impossible to use. Every time I delete an event or add one it automatically closes…. Please fix this
Appears OK
Seems to differ between iPhone and iPad. Important features differ and won’t purchase as 3 day trial expired before a response to query received. Still waiting…. Want to use it on iPad but unless I’m being dumb a feature is missing or unclear of how to use app. Online help sparse. The app does however seem good if unclear on how to use a key feature on iPad. Its lack of response to support request that mean 2 stars not 3. Could be a 5 star if it was clear how to use it TBH. The trial should be longer if the team are busy. To use the app now if use is explained would mean a purchase. Hence me getting an alternative app. Shame.
