The best customer service I ever had

Overall a polished app - needs improvement

This is a polished app but it needs improvements.

If you book a hotel through the app and then check out, the app should automatically register those points without the customer having to check with the hotel.

I made a hotel booking through the app checked in with the app but the hotel still required ID pictures and my u by emaar account wasn’t listed on my reservation (even though I did it through the app).

When I checked out I was told I’d get the points 24/72 hours later - a week went by nothing.

Had to manually call U by Emaar and give them my hotel details. All this should’ve been automatically done *in* the app!

Terrible rewards program , they keep reducing the rewards

Was originally a fan of the loyalty program , but they twice reduced the discounts and points ! First I got demoted from gold to silver for no reason. Then they reduced the F&b discount from 20% to 10%.

I invested so much money into growing my rewards and my status, only to be duped overnight . Several of my friends have the exact compliant. I wouldn’t recommend this loyalty program. Not only are the venues limited, the discounts are not competitive anymore and most importantly , drastically changing terms on long time members speaks volumes of how much they care about their customers . Extremely poor application

If there was less than 1* i would rate this app less than 1*!

Extremely user unfriendly, poor design, crashes none stop, not to mention that the reward program is waste of time and energy! Don’t even bother this is yet another attempt of NBD to get you signed for another CC!
Very few retailers are part of this program so points are useless. Avoid

Can’t Login with Original Account

I already have an account but it keeps making create one. But when I create one my account is already registered so I can’t even use the app anymore. Who are the retards that designed this “new” app that forced us all to upgrade? I have about 20k points that are just stuck there.

Scanning a receipt

It’s been few days I am trying to scan a receipt it keeps taking me to enter phone number and then password, also when scanning long receipt, there’s an option to scan long or short, however, it doesn’t enable me to take 2 photos for long receipt. Not impressed

Not working

App not working, after login its asking to update profile details, but clicking on save after entering all derails does not take any action
