APP doesnโ€™t work

It hangs when uploading receipts and takes ages to stay pending instead of being approved as points immediately

1. Wonโ€™t accept a PW that meets criteria.
2. I have a physical card because I previously registered years ago. Why canโ€™t I enter my existing details?

Good app but a bit slow

Itโ€™s a basic app to know your points and view your card info. But it is a bit slow at loading even on the latest iPhones with strong internet.
They should add noon and namshi to their offerings since they are both owned by Emaar.

Check the update please

Love the savings from this app especially the 30% discount over summer. However since update with the cricket competition the app is not working. It doesnโ€™t allow me to select a team or cancel out of the cricket competition page. Would be great if you could review app and update thanks

Extremely Poor not worth downloading the app doesnโ€™t work

On down loading the app it states sign in or create a new account, you follow the pages inputting your information for it to state:-

This email address is already registered with us. Please use the associated mobile number number to log into your account or use another email address?????????

App is not working

Trying for several times to set up a password for this app, and the app is sending out OTP but never reached to me.
Perhaps next version of this app will be better. For now, Iโ€™m sticking with my card.

Still things to fix

Earn and redeem are both shown as positive values, total balance is correct, but displayed info is incorrect.

Useless

Jaggy interface, impossible to deploy onsite and always some fine print that denies you a discount. Not using again, or spending money at nominated venues. Waste of time and personal information.
