My Favorite To Do List App
Mindlist is easily the best To Do List application that I've ever used. This is primarily because of its simplicity and straightforwardness, while also providing helpful and unique features.
As a mix between a Type A and Type B person, I like to be organized, but flexible. Structured, but not completely rigid. I've found that other To Do List apps are very time-oriented. Ie. Wake up at 7am, do this at 8am, do that at 9am, etc. This would stress me out more than anything because if I didn't complete something within that amount of time, I'd feel a sort of disappointment with myself and would waste time re-organizing my schedule. What I love about Mindlist is that you can just jot down a neat and organized list of everything you need to do for the day, then cross it off as you go. As long as I finish all of my tasks, it feels good to cross it off and not worry about time frames and everything.
I also love how you can make specific lists for different tasks. So instead of making one list for the entire day, you can make additional lists for specific tasks that require multiple steps. This has been very beneficial. For example, if I have "Prep for Meeting" on my list for a specific day, then I can make another list for what exactly I need to prep for that meeting instead of throwing all of those steps onto the overall day list as a whole.
Overall, Mindlist is great, clean, simple, and I use it every single day.

Solid Task Manager and Routine Planner
This app is exactly what I needed. I’ve tried a lot of to-do list/task manager apps and most have been overwhelming for me personally. I love the simplicity and minimalism of Mindlist. The apple calendar integration is a huge plus. Something I would love to see that I’ve seen with a couple other task manager apps is task shortcuts within the iOS control center. Being able to swipe down and quickly add a today task, inbox task, all day task in the control center. Also, interactive widgets would take this to another level. Having the ability to check off a task directly on the widget without opening the full app would be great.

Just a few moments ago I was checking my midlists to add some events for tomorrow and everything erased itself and all my history of checklists and labels are all gone!!
This is very bad because I put all my pay checks and solo trips events into this trusted app! Please help me I can’t lose this information!
I love this app so much and it was so helpful and useful during my every day and helped me organize my daily needs but I’m very upset with this!

Wish it had a widget :(
I loved this app, was nice, simple and organised. It was super simple to use, but unfortunately i was looking for an app that can be a to do list widget. would definitely love and redownload if it got a widget!
Very Well Done, Just A Few Things
This app is perfect for making to do lists, there are just a few simple fixes to make this app amazing.
Number one: The developers should make it possible to set a due date past the month. The developers only made it so that you could set a task to do in the month, which becomes a problem towards the end of the month. Second: We should be able to remove the given lists. I don’t want a list in my grid called “inbox” because there isn’t a big use for it. Third: There should be a feature in the chore that allows us to move the chore from one list to another. Finally: Just a side note for the developers: The premium is a little useless. Not a lot of people are going to want to spend four dollars to personalize lists. There should be a little more fun features like for example, animations when you complete a chore. This fix would make more people want to buy premium!
