Love this app and what it has done for my mental and physical health. I’m currently suffering with a sinus infection and bronchitis and this breathing app has come in handy even with a congested nose and chest. Superbly implemented app
Breathwork is proven to help with stress. This app is a very well designed tool to support this practice. Especially good is the ability to have custom breathing exercises. In my case my resonant breathing pattern is 5.5-5.5; not all breathing apps, including Apple's own, support this degree of customisation. Thanks!
