I walk several miles a day. I’m about to have my foot operated on and my PCP was concerned about breathing. She suggested that I getting an app. like this. I like it’s simplicity. I use it daily and it helps even before going under the knife.BobRickLem

Could have a little more data, like what breathing method you use or something else. I feel like I would like more metrics but I love this app and it’s helped me recover from being thrown into serious and acute anxiety. Highly recommendXaybartley

👌👌It is a very good App and very efficiently allows to focus on breath and keeps timing inhale and exhale to it. I would also like to average heart rate during the breathing.AlokGmail10

Hello, I appreciate your review and comment. Heart rate monitoring would require a Watch App. I may develop a Watch App in the future.
