Simple and Flexible

I like the simplicity of the user interface and the flexibility of the user experience.

The App allows me to customize it the way I wanted.

I tested different Breathing Apps, in my own experience, this is the best one.

Free!

Most (if not all) mediation, breathing, and mental health apps are subscription based where as this one isn’t. There is no annoying ads or pop ups just the pure app. There is unfortunately not a whole lot of selection when it comes to different breathing patterns but there’s the option to make your own! Can’t wait to see how the app progresses.

Why it’s perfect for sleep.

Breathe is an amazing app for when your stressed for just need to relaxe and breathe. But my favorite part is when I need to sleep I use Breathe and it always does the job. It has a super soothing voice, nice rainy background, and just in general a perfect app.

Very well designed and functioning app

Just what I needed! The custom function is great and I use it every day.

The only feedback is that I wish the “Breathe Hold” function was simplified or was able to have custom parameters. I wish it would just count in like it does from 1 to 3 and then started, instead of it telling you to breathe in and out a few times, since I usually measure my breathe hold on an out breath.
