Certificate errors
This company isn’t great as a landlord, and the app has some security issues with certificates. It seems like with many other things, the company can’t be bothered to complete a job or maintain the things that we pay them for. The payment system does usually work. But if that means insecure connections and my information going everywhere, having no cash payment or check payment options in person is kind of lame and callsist as well as ableist. I like it
Very easy to navigate. Processing times are quicker than they estimate, which is honestly better, that way you can get business done quickly and efficiently, granting you the power to know where you stand financially. There’s no guessing. Contacting the property managers is easier through the app, and quicker.
